      I've never seen the show, but it sounds like the writers decided to pull a Dallas on it. In one of the final seasons of the original run of Dallas Bobby Ewing was killed by being run over by a car. Ratings declined so the next season his ex-wife wakes up to find him alive and well taking a shower. Thus making the last season a dream.

    The later seasons of Game of Thrones were shit, but it's laughable to act like Ramsey raping Sansa was somehow taking it too far. He flays people alive (including an old woman), he feeds people to his hounds (including a baby), he murdered his own father, he castrated Theon and physically/psychologically tortured him until became a pet, and probably other things I've forgotten, but forcing Sansa to marry him and then raping her is just pushing too far for a happy and upbeat series like GoT.

    • @agustinacho9812
      @agustinacho9812 4 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      totally agree, besides, nobody says "that is so bad writing", there is a lot of bad writings in GoT, but Ramsay raping Sansa? definitely is not an example of that, besides, i think it WAS good writing

    • @saranemcova5448
      @saranemcova5448 3 ปีที่แล้ว +14

      It is a bad writing for these reasons:
      1. Littlefinger gains absolutely nothing from this. Why would he throw away someone he desires with claim on a kingdom?
      2. Boltons were given the North by the Lannisters. Sansa Stark is wanted for murder of Joffrey Baratheon. There is no way Lannisters would give them a pass.
      3. It does not help Sansa's character arc. In the books, she is in the Vale learning to play the game. She plays a role. By giving Sansa this storyline, Sansa is made into strong woman due to her rape, which is a sick view. Even though GRRM is known for giving characters hard time, he does not give graphic details about rape of the known characters. It is hinted, said by a different person... but that is it. Many people who did not like Sansa began to like her storyline in the Vale. I understand that it is maybe not the best material for the show, but there were plenty of better possibilities for her. Send her to Riverlands to aid Blackfish and Edmure, for example.
      4. Northern lords not rebelling is some grand level of stupid. Most of the North hates the Boltons. They killed their kin. Boltons were always rivals of Starks and the North loves Starks.
      Show actually borrowed a storyline from the book. Spoilers! Ramsey marries Arya Stark... but she is not truly Arya. She is Sansa's childhood friend who make fun of the real Arya. Her father- Ned's steward was killed, Littlefinger send her to one of his brothels... and Lannisters forced her to take a new identity. It parallers Theon's story. And fake Arya was treated even worse than Sansa.
      They could have had much better story. Last book is filled with North material. Northern conspiracies (the only reason Boltons are still alive is the fact that every Northern lord has a different scheme). Broken Theon wandering through Winterfell. Mysterious murders. Stannis marching. Asha/Yara in the North.
      Honestly, season 6 had a lot of great show material... but the plotholes were huge.

    I disagree with 'The great divide' entry, as I think this reminds us that even though The Avatar is an all powerful, wisdom yielding being, that Aang is still a kid and still doesn't have all the answers; thus allowing us to realise that Aang still has a long way to go before he's ready to defeat the fire lord. I think it also demonstrates that Aang will bring true peace amongst the four nations, as he managed to bring together two sub-nations of people with a clever fib.

      @@boreder2I hated the ended too, at first. I rewatched the series after and when you do you realize it's all been leading up to him and Robin. However, that does negate the fact of what the show is really about, self growth to become the person you want/meant to be. Ted found the love of his life in Tracey. Even though it wasn't as long as he wanted it to be it fulfilled his want for a family and his perfect mate. Robin also got what she wanted, her dream career.
      They said several times throughout the show that Ted and Robin where great together but their goals didn't match. They also alluted that timing is everything with relationships. In the end, they both got what they wanted out of life and finally the timing was right.
      I think less people would hate the ending it they took the time to explain the demise of Barney and Robin's marriage, less filler episodes in the last season, and remind people why Ted and Robin worked. Also, having the mother introduced earlier might have helped lessen the blow. Rewatching it again actually gave me a new respect for the ending.

Seriously, to briefly mention how people felt at the end of GoT regardless of how some cast members were feeling having been targeted by criticism shows that WatchMojo just can’t get a grip and now they decide that all of a sudden Lost is an overall polarising show rather than the last 2 seasons????? The finale of "How I Met Your Mother" also ruined in terms of the gimmick. The gimmick wasn't just how he met their mother, but the idea we weren't getting a total real version of how things happened for Ted. In having Ted tell the story, we are getting a version from his memory, and thus can excuse how much time the characters spent together and the whole concept of time, as in it's a long story, but is it really? Also, did they really spend every day together or was it his version of how it happened? Instead of focusing on him getting together with Robin, how about a focus which led to his happy ending, but also a finale that hinted at the version we saw isn't exactly the version that was real. I thought even maybe the real Bob Saget playing the older Ted Mobsy in a last scene might of led us to a creative twist that we where seeing his memories and version of the story but not quite the true version. That twist would been brilliant.

But now that it's confirmed that season 4 will be the last season, I can't help but wonder what the fucking point was of this episode. It added absolutely nothing of value to the show and was about as smooth and elegant of a story arc transition as a catastrophic 6-line pileup on the freeway.

      This list is for "bad episodes that didn't ruin the series." That was a truly terrible episode of Game of Thrones, nearly all of whose plot threads showed head-slapping examples of bad writing. Margaery and Ollena Tyrell are given major intelligence downgrades (even Loras is, though he wasn't as bright in the first place) so they fall for the High Sparrow's obvious trap; that was the worst of the episode's sins. Sansa's agency and character progression are stripped from her so that they could give her a _different_ character's plotline, which simultaneously makes Peter Baelish look like an idiot rather than a strategist. That fight in Dorne is probably the most ineptly-filmed fight of the entire series. At least the Arya storyline is pretty decent at this point.

They had all the crazy people with her like they were something out of a super hero movie. It just felt out of place. Stranger Things has always tried to be a more real take on if supernatural beings and powers were discovered, such as how they try to use 11 to help spy. I was almost not a bad episode but many people feel like they made the whole vigilante thing seem a bit too silly and it could have been done better.

    Drake and Josh: Theater Thug was a horrible episode, as was PowerPuff Girls: Toast Of The Town and Arthur: Arthur's Big Hit

    Lol Arrow in the dishonorable mentions. Might as well just put the whole show there. The entire series is a mess. They turned a great character into the most bland, typical TV watered down character. Oliver sucks, and so does everyone else in the show. Especially if you're a fan of the comics. The show is terrible.

    "The Lost Sister" wasn't a bad episode imo. Although it was an important point in development for Eleven herself, it was kinda misplaced and it features characters who were mostly casual.

    100% DISAGREE with the Stranger Things episode being on here! First of all, we're introduced to these characters at the beginning of the season, so there's an aura of mystery and how they connect to Eleven's past. And that's what the rest of the season is about: Eleven finding out where she came from, where her mother is, and where others she lived with are. Then when she finds them, she's introduced to a new life completely different than the forcibly secluded life she's lived in all her life. It's a chance to begin anew, actually use her powers and do whatever she wants, so it challenges her will and morality. But in the end, she realizes she doesn't like hurting people, and that by staying with the gang who are rebelling against society, she's still secluded. She WANTS to be normal, not seen as a freak, good or bad! And no, she doesn't walk away with nothing but a new hairstyle. She's taught to use her emotions to amplify her power, which proves essential for the finale! This episode isn't a "pointless diversion"! It's a resolution of one of the season's plot threads, and closure on Eleven's character arc and journey for the season, so she can feel like she can return to Hawkins and help those she finally sees as friends and family! ...Oh but please excuse the show for taking the time to give Eleven humanity, all ye "fans" who just want to see her throw things and blow stuff up!

    I loved the lost sister episode of stranger things, and was hoping for a spin off

    All of stranger things is amazingly well written but seriously the lost sister episode stopped the story in its tracks and added nothing to the characters or story and the show even forgot about it later on so what was the point of it anyways
