I loved that the lyrics show Mafuyu's pain and misery and the part:
"So I ran away, and I had found myself the tiniest light"
Showed that one scene where Mafuyu runs away from her house. Showing that she found a tiny light of hope
Yeah, this whole song is written for Mafuyu about her struggles, it's pretty clear from all the lyrics. I believe it said "You are wrong, Mother!" at around 1:21 in the original lyrics, which show Mafuyu standing up for herself and telling her mother what she wanted to do, before she ran away from home.
Everything about this.... you've conveyed everything about Mafuyu's struggles perfectly. Her living a live that's not her own, her realization, her wanting to end the falsehood, the pain she went through without others knowing, questioning who she is without the falsehood she lived through to finally speaking up about it. I really hope by the time we get her 5th event, there's at least some progress cause she's suffered more than enough as it is. Especially since the other Niigo members already have closures to their predicament

Amia you constantly surprise me by the amount of emotions you pour on Mafuyu's songs, I like to think the mourning melancholic tone from Reborn have finally turned into the will to finally push herself out, like the anger and desperation added to the sadness of that song. And speaking of Mafuyuu, I think that Amia is the perfect English VA for her if somebody were to make an English dub. (This would be perfect as a Mafuyuu solo song.)

This is a reference to Mafuyu being lost in her identity, as she doesn’t know her true self

A reference to Mafuyu running away and finding Kanade, giving herself a boost of hope

I know next to nothing about music so I don't know what to call it, but when you hit the high notes at the beginning of the chorus' (1:19 for ex) it sounds beyond ethereal. It really brings the feeling of realizing you were fooled, and implies that you're going to break free. And the emotion you put into the song overall is perfectly expressive, and shows that you definitely understand the feelings portrayed. I genuinely have never heard anything as beautiful as this cover; like it's on its own level by far.
