It's not bad. Expecially if you are going to be using the 135 set, if you have yourself a pvp Obsidian armor set. You are better off using a normal bloody staff.
Eh I would definitely argue it's more server based, however ele has become more viable in the past few months. In my personal experience it's one if the more balanced classes currently.
@@kipsgamingemporium Psys have become obsolete on sea servers (due to heavy teaming). They should've just decreased the damage more but left the projectile untouched. Obsidian wands are not even viable to use anymore.
@noelito7855 the game can't really balance around players choice to team. Psykeeper is still overall way more viable. Ele was never able to use Obsidian to begin with not to mention hp/to dammage ratios. Ele really is a more of a support class then dammage when facing fully geared teams. But again. It's hard to balance a game around different servers with different metas.
