I've been feeling unwell due to perimenopause symptoms that won't quit for nearly a month. To top it off my employers are letting me go after promising a permanent position. Add insult to injury they held training on menopause last week! I'm in bed now listening to this and trying to relax. My two kittens are under the bed, I've read that when they stay near the bed at night they are protecting us. ❤😊❤

I really enjoy these. Incredible for meditation as well as sleeping. Even as background while working on things. I use them while reading articles. This has helped me tremendously. I typically struggle to read longer articles (any long reading) as such I do not read books. I can read almost endlessly while listening to these. I had no idea how amazing soundbaths are until I experienced it this year in Palm Springs. Such an amazing experience!!! I'm stressed out with my job hunt and relocation plans and this definitely helps alleviate my stress and allows me to get a deep restful sleep at night. Love it! ❤❤❤❤❤
