12:17 a bunch of Bangladeshis telling others that this country is full of rats & is filthy. Ask how clean is their own country and Kuala Lumpur is like 1,000 times cleaner than downtown Dhaka. The cities in Malaysia are clean but it faces the same problems like other big cities have especially when restaurants/food stall don't keep their premise clean, people throwing garbage on the floor, etc. Many tourists especially from India & Pakistan have remarked how clean Kuala Lumpur is compared to the cities & towns that they visited in their home country.
To be honest, there are far more rats and larger sized ones in NY than KL. 😊. I have lived in NY and many parts of the US are full of the homeless and drug addiction on stratosphere levels.
This is so true, I'm here in the US so much trash and drug addicts. Not to mention their subway station is filthy. You can only smell urine everywhere. Our MRT and LRT are so clean and new.
Don't think KL would be that much different than Singapore to be honest 😅. If you want something different maybe go to Melaka or Ipoh or Penang or even Borneo Malaysia. Borneo Malaysia is completely different than Peninsular Malaysia.
Putting your legs up in public places is considered very RUDE in Malaysia and many Asian countries. 😢 Be respectful to the host country wherever you travel. I have lived for 2 years in Miami , Florida and the rats/rodents are much larger and more plentiful there than in Malaysia😢
That guy said this country is filthy coz of public rats here at 12:17 , wow. I assumed he was a Bangladeshi or an immigrant who worked and earned a living in the Malaysia. In comparison to their home country, this blessed country is cleaner and has a more civilized way of life. Such a ungrateful.
@@TeleeFONEis even worse, old but not wise. Give comments that are never needed in the first place. This TH-camr even wants to see that creature and not give any negative saying. Glad Malaysia is not Singapore.
I see a lot of negative comments here but y'all are fine and need a little bit of research before coming to Malaysia. There are a bunch of rats running around the sidewalks especially in the area where y'all walk and KL is actually pretty clean compared to other cities in Southeast Asia. Singapore's cleanliness is slightly ahead of Malaysia's but we still maintain the same level of cleanliness. There are too many boatloads of unlawful immigrants that are also contributing to public littering, which attracts those rats to come out and forage the trash. I highly suggest booking an Airbnb near the epicenter of KL, which is in Bukit Bintang where every place is linked to each other within walking distance if you don't want to see the dark sides of KL. Regarding stretching and resting your feet on the bus dashboard is perfectly fine as long as there's no one around or sitting in front of you and y'all have got the whole seat to yourself and I've seen some locals do that too when no one's sitting next to them. I hope y'all don't get offended when those naysayers are being salty about y'all's first impressions of KL and I'm really looking forward to seeing a few series from KL or y'all could explore other states such as Perak (Ipoh), Malacca and Penang or soak up the sun and unwind on Langkawi Island in the state of Kedah if y'all want to escape the hustle and bustle of KL and experience a new vibe. Hasta luego!
🥺An unfortunate cascade of FUBARs and a not so ideal intro to KL (I get Lex's wry grin at 13:01) but still, its content and (hopefully) something to laugh over with the kids. Hopefully the city unveils its more enchanting side over the next few videos 🤞
Singapore is a small island. Its easier to monitor and control in terms of cleanliness and the public discipline. Singaporeans drive wirh courtesy, they obey all rules.. smoking areas, not to.litter and not to.cross the road any time andwhere they like. Policemen and cameras are everywhere. That's why they like coming to Malaysia. There are highways they can drive 3 times faster, petrol is cheap, food is cheap.. everything is cheap. And oh, imagine Singapore is as big as the Sumatera island they will struggle just like any other country
These two really needs to have this fact drilled to their heads. Comparing a city state with an actual, normal sized state. Ffs. They came here looking for flaws, and that's what they'll get. Never in my 30+ years of living here have i stepped on puddle of blood, but i guess they do appear on demand for those caucasities looking to chastise Malaysia.
felt KL had a much heavier police presence and cctv surveillance than SG where we hardly saw any police, we arrived to KL & saw no kissing allowed sign on the train 😂
It looks like you both already had a pre-assumption of what Malaysia would look like instead of being open minded…..entering Southeast Asia by first visiting Singapore always not a good idea, Singaporean always thinks they’re European…. Hopefully you both would still hv a good time My advice next time , you better travel to European countries, that’d be more up to your standards
Ughh i abhor travellers and visa hoppers like this. Just don't even step even a single foot in my country, such a waste of space accommodating ungrateful people like these.
I live in Melbourne AUS & believe me, I have seen water rats on the Yarra River banks, across from Crown Towers. Really huge! They just came from the rivers and went onto the park. That scared me cos I hve never seen rats in Melbourne before then either.
Putting your legs up in public is considered VERY RUDE in Malaysia and many countries in Asia. 😢😢 Respect the local culture and be courteous please if you want to enjoy your travel to the fullest
Really? Puddles of blood?? Wat do we have here, drug cartels? Construction area? Normally it s cordoned off. I find ur story sketchy. Not in Malaysia, i dont think so.
I feel like they are both exaggerating, I've never seen any puddles of blood in KL(they made it sound like a murder is happening or something 😂) or feel it is very unsafe to the point they have to escape into a mall and call a cab to get out of there asap 😂, sure certain neighbourhoods are sketchy and dirty but they are fairly safe, this isn't South or Central America where it is very dangerous to walk around at night 😂, no one will disturb you, chances of anything bad happening in KL is very low and it is top 20 safest cities in the world. I feel like they are new to travel and doesn't know much about the world and paranoid, they only have 3 videos so I might be right.
