Suggestion for next topic - difference between "te iru" to describe an ongoing action, versus "te iru" to describe a state. Example: 窓を開けています。 I am opening the window (now). 窓が開いています。 The window is open. すてき動画だよ！ 教えてくれてありがとうございます。
11:31 Can someone explain why すみません is used instead of ごめんなさい because I got confused there. Isn’t ごめんなさい formal as well? I understand that it’s basically “excuse me” vs “sorry” but aren’t they both formal? The rest of the video is so perfectly explained thank you!

While learning Japanese, I can't help but wonder how similar it is to hindi, both in terms of grammar and way of speaking. Even in hindi, we use would say "Dinner banate samay, uska phone aya tha" : "At the time I was cooking dinner, his call came". Thats the exact grammar construct for Japanese too.
This video is amazing! The only thing I dislike is not having the kanji for いま(今)and some of the verbs. My brain is going crazy reading full ひらがな ahahah
