Electroplating complete process which is precisely called Zinc electroplating which is shoot in "Garul Industries Ltd" Near Zaheerabad.

step 1: Degreasing and derusting chemical - chemiklin -10 use - dipping method , conc- 5%- 15% v/v , temp - room temperature (20°C +) , time - 5-30 min .
Step 2- Activation / acid dipping process - sulphuric / hydrochloric acid ... Dipping time, acid type , temperature required depends on type of metal and thickness of oxides scale ...
Step 3- cleaning with water .
Step 4- two methods of zinc plating : 1 . Rack plating 2. Barrel plating (shown in the video) ...
Step 5 - rinsing , passivation, drying :
i) Rinsing is done by dipping in water .
ii) passivation is done using passivates (like yellow chromate solution is used in video)
iii) Drying is done using centrifugal dryer machine ( used in video) ...

@@rahuljeet5281 For degreasing use NaOH 50 g/l+50 g/l Na2CO3+ a little detergent ( 70 celsious degrees) and for derusting use chroridric acid 33% or sulfuric acid 10%
