The Bailey Pegasus Grande Messina is a twin axle 8ft wide caravan with an island bed and centre washroom layout. Built on the Al-Ko chassis, it offers four berths, a large lounge area, well equipped kitchen and a separate shower and washroom.
The island bed is ideal for taller people due to its long length. The 8ft width of the caravan gives a great feeling of overall space internally.

The washroom and would be shower better at the back of the camper, and the bedroom on wheel wells. Bed sits higher and would cover the wheel wells. Having a jump in the shower is crappy lol especially for taller bigger ppl.
Also I would want a full size queen bed, not a shortie version.

If/when we upgrade own phoenix the main thing i would be looking for is a wider lounge this covers that forsure. Not happy about the bed space .its my side of the bed and that with out sheets and a Quilt on top over hanging. Cheers . Nice vlog

I like the lounge area ,and I notice that there is no intrusion with the drawers at the front , the company have given the buyer a bit more space on the sofas.I always used to feel that the drawers intruded upon the person sitting near the window , a sort of awkward position .Do you feel that in place of setting up a table , ( having to get it out of a nearby cupboard ) that perhaps a table top with those screw in tubular supports would be better ? then it could all be stored away under one of the seats ?

I agree with you about the units above the kitchen , they seemed a bit small.Looking at the kitchen , there isnt a lot of storage space at all, and what a strange place to put a wardrobe ? I wonder if the TV couldve gone somewhere else and give that kitchen more cupboards?
I agree with you re the bathroom being a bit cold and bare . couldve done with some colour perhaps and the sink....unusual.

Just can't believe that, at this model level, Bailey hasn't included a plate rack and worktop extension as standard. Very disappointing. I have both of these items in my entry level Bailey Pursuit!

Needs the L shape lounge. its lost its USP. so many vans now all with the same layouts. why cant they have something different.
Problem as well is all the wood colours are the same now for bailey, all pretty bland really.
1 thing about the pegasus grande before was the G shape lounge, a great space that worked well.

Not very impressed with this one. it's got budget stamped all over it.
The bed size and fridge are the best features.
The designers have cut down on drawers in favour of shelves which is bad news but saves them money. The whole interior looks bland.
For another £50 - 100 they could have transformed the interior for the better.
I think Bailey are being very greedy and shortsighted.

Horrible we used to have the 2021 Messina that was ten times better looking, main downside is the build of Baileys
