No I don't have any of that information, it gets a little complicated if you happen to have ac too, cause the condensate pan needs to catch condensate so sometimes coil has to be pulled out and turned. Probably the same for the burner assembly, also I don't think this unit can be mounted that way.
Great video Alex! I'm sure my flame sensor needs cleaning but darn if I can find it. It's a Carrier Weathermaker 9200 like yours? Any idea? Can't find any manuals online btw.
Alex, I have a question about this...you only took out half the draft inducer motor assembly. How is the rear part attached to the collector box. From the repair manual it looks like it is only sealed with RTV, so do you just pull it off firmly or are there screws that need to be removed first? I am interested in replacing the ENTIRE black motor assembly, not just the front half/motor. Thx for any advice you can give.
I am not sure hoe the entire assembly comes out, I would imagine screws hold it in place and some kind of sealant would be needed to seal it tight against the cabinet, the screws could be inside or around the outside of the housing, GooD Luck!
Excellent video Alex, my sister had one of these so I’ve been watching different videos to see what things are common problems
Is there a video showing the conversion from upflow to downflow where the hoses go detailed information and video
