This house is not abandoned, it has an owner, who IS NOT allowing anyone to go inside and look around. If you were thinking of visiting, please don’t. Another absolutely incredible place completely Derelict and completely full with hundreds of items from the previous owner. This location has been used for some very popular TV shows, a movie & back in 2010 Most Haunted did a live x2 hour investigation here with lots of Activity caught on camera! Great video, have always known there’s more to life than meets the eye, I feel like in this life i am supposed to be doing more than i am doing for the people i love. been seeking for an eye opening enlightenment, a way to be more influential, powerful and protected!

This house was used in the WW2 drama movie "Six Minutes to Midnight". The reason for the Nazi posters and props lying about.

How old do you think this is? The architecture in this massive estate is wonderful, it will end up in a dump somewhere. The stories these walls could tell.
I must say this was the creepiest videos you ever shown. I am watching this at 00:48 and on my own and jumped out of my skin just before the discovery of the bird in the room. Omg how creepy . Scared the living daylights out of me and now I have to sleep on my own in my house tonight because no one here and I'm freaking out I swear I wish I didnt watch this.

The main reasin so many if these huge historic houses are ababdoned or gifted to the natiinal trust is the massive cost of restoring the roof. Add to that the comolications/added expense if a house is listed.

@38:38 These are “chamber pots” which harken to a time before toilets. How is it intellectually possible to build such a mansion(some with fountains) yet there isn’t a thought to install plumbing for washing up? How did they keep their posh clothing so clean? The exposed plumbing and modernist bathrooms seen installed far after the original mansion construction points to humans needing a toilet much after. The chamber pots point to that interim period between humans not needing toilets to humans installing them. All of these old world mansions, palaces, ect around the world are like this. Same goes for missing or afterthought kitchens. The beings that created the original structure did not eat or use a bathroom much it seems. Before the fall of man?

I almost got to the end of the video, but it just got to be too spooky. I baled right after you all found the room with the bird in it. Sorry. It was an interesting place but in such bad condition it's sad.

Such a shame historic castles etc are allowed to get into such a dreadful state of decay! I am aware money is usually the issue, still the owners should remove all the treasures within! As for the stuff you had to blur out, some people are depraved and sick in the head to even contemplate such evil. 🦘😟🤔😱🥴
What a fantastic explore Colin, a bit creepy though. Such an amazing estate needs to be preserved and saved from further ruin. It breaks my heart to see such a grand mansion left to decay along with the contents.

There’s an article in todays daily mail about a couple of lads who have been arrested for burglary, TH-camrs who were making an urban exploring video in this house. Dunno if it’s you guys or the other ones. The other video I saw has no comments allowed

As a roofer for many years,it is disgraceful the amount of leaks in this place since filming started in 2018. Unblock the gutters and replace slipped slates and lead flashings! It's not that difficult! A waste of a beautiful house! Shocking!

Such an incredible place but in a terrible state 😢 I used to work for the National Trust in the 1980s and this place reminded me so much of the Trusts early ownership of Calke Abbey. I was able to go behind the scenes and see the state of each room with the rotten floors, falling ceilings, it was Amazing ❤️ I definitely loved this video 😊
The building itself is fantastic. Hope you can erase some of the other things from your memory.

There was some strange things in that building especially those artifacts, some of the stuff needs to rescued but not all
Seen this one before I believe but always worth a second look. Extremely sad to know this historic building is left to waste. Someone, somewhere must make it a home and restore it. IT is shameful to see it get to this latest stage in decay!
