In my experience (this year anyway) the longer I go without shopping, the easier it is. I have felt temptation a few times, but I've been able to resist. I think because for me it was a habit based on buying things I didn't need, too impulsively. Last week I also deleted my social media apps, and that has made it even easier. It's so great that you can plan ahead for this experience.
I can see it getting easier the longer you don't buy. That is great you are doing so good on your no buy year! I am just trying to remind myself everything I want to buy here is so much less in Paris and I need to chill out and enjoy what I have for now. I am so excited to go!
I live in Sweden and go to London every year. My favorite restaurant is Dishoom for Indian and Tea and Tattle for afternoon tea. Have a wonderful trip! 😘
I stopped shopping too. This year, im trying to use up all my pantry food items and/or skincare products before buying new ones. No more backups, and backups to backups. Eat the food from our fridge instead of ordering takeout or buying more groceries. And no more cloths shopping. Use the cloths and shoes i have. Things I don’t use this year will get donated, sold on FB marketplace etc
My husband and I did the same London/Paris trip and Eurostar last year. At Hermes Sevre they have a small cafe with a lovely view of the boutique. High tea at Fortnum and Mason. There is a very old pub Ye old Cheshire cheese. In Paris Le Train Bleu for dinner and cocktails at the Ritz in Place Vendome. Enjoy!
High tea at the mandarin oriental in London is amazing. Ha Ka San Cecconi's Favorite pub: the audley public house Paris: Kong Lunch in hotel Costes Le village
Do High Tea in London at the Ritz. Amazing! Make sure you book the 2nd round so they let you sit longer and this can be your dinner. Went there in November. In Paris, go to rooftop at Galleries Lafeyatte for drinks to enjoy the view. Best!
London has amazing restaurants!! High tea - sketch (modern) or the ritz (classic) Indian food (amazing in London) - Gymkhanna for dinner, Dishoom for breakfast Formal dining - Pollen Street Social Quick bite (classic English)- Mayfair chippy Worth a detour - Cabotte (amazing sommelier)
Yes, yes to shopping your closet! Great idea and you can even do videos on that on how you found something in the closet and made an outfit or found a bag or piece of jewelry, etc.
Restaurant London: - Bar des Près (French cook) Restaurant Paris - Libertino (Italian Food) - Groot la Tourte (100% French Food) Have lot of fun ! Bon appétit 🥰
I am so happy for you!! I was in London and Paris last year, it was a mother daughter shopping and eating trip! It was so much fun!! Yay, again so happy for you!
You are in such giddy spirits in this video it's infectious -- I am so excited for you for your trip as well! I love how you explained all the flight stuff. I screwed up the last time I scheduled flights overseas and we got stuck in the middle of a 2-5-2 seating situation from Chicago to Copenhagen. It was m-i-s-e-r-a-b-l-e. Can't wait to hear more about the trip!
I was there a month ago and there were so many amazing things ! You’ll find it hard not to buy! Good luck! High tea at the ritz is a must, cafe d’Alma Paris, xx
I lived in London for awhile, and my favorite afternoon teas were at Claridges and The Dorchester. The Savoy is also very good. I thought the Ritz was very overrated.
it was the monday of fashion week so you'd think their stock is high in preperation. we theorized since it was the morning after a weekend that could also be why they had barely anything.
Yay for experiences & enjoying the bags you have! We had also planned our first trip to Europe in 2020 for our 20th wedding anniversary 🫤 it’s still on hold. I think part of the allure of Europe is to be able to purchase luxury items there. Have fun & enjoy!! Can’t wait to hear all about it! ☺️
It’s great to see you so excited about your trip. We were in London and Paris the last two years after Christmas through mid-January. We love both cities; you’re right there is so much to do and see. Both restaurants at Hotel de Crillon are incredible and they also have a pastry shop that is delish. It’s a stunning hotel as well and the service is amazing. There are a lot of really great restaurants in St. Germain. If you go there make sure to visit the Sainte Chapelle Church. The Jules Verne at the Eiffel Tower is legendary for dinner with gorgeous views. You will need to make a reservation in advance though. After you eat, take a tour of the tower, it’s stunning at night. Definitely eat some Pierre Herme’ macarons! If you go to LV at Place Vendome, ask for Sara, she’s a blast to shop with. Tell her Jenanne from Arizona says hi and she’ll take good care of you. In my opinion it’s the best LV because they have more stock and it’s not crazy busy. I stop shopping during Lent every year then spend what I saved in Paris lol. This year we are going to Paris, Rome and Florence. Have a wonderful trip and stay safe.
I would LOVE to see more videos of the bags you have and what all fits inside! Or as you rewear some of your older bags maybe you remember why you loved them!
Hi Melinda, you look lovely .wishing you a lovely trip to my homeland the UK. I was there a couple of weeks ago and will return in May. it's the best! I don't believe in the low buy thing any more than going crazy buying. Thankfully when hubby and I travel I can still have my treats.
Dear Melinda. Been a subscriber of yours for a few years now. London is where I live and as far as restaurants are concerned...where to begin?! There are tons of really great places but many in Central London are very pricey. You can have afternoon tea at The Ritz and Claridge's but they are nearly always booked up and very overpriced! If you want a special experience then Fortnum and Mason on Piccadilly is always nice but, again, very expensive. If you just want to try afternoon tea and you are not bothered about fancy surroundings then just try Brigit's Bakery in Covent garden. Just as nice for a reasonable price. There are many fine dining restaurants but just for something that is not normally on tourist radars is Ognisko restaurant on 55 Exhibition Road, Kensington just down the road from all the big museums. Food is really good (Polish) and the restaurant is lovely. If you go during daylight hours you can sit on the terrace. If you like Indian food then Veeraswamy on Regent Street or Dishoom, Covent Garden...if you can get in because it is very popular! If you want to get away from luxury shops and want to get a flavour of London's history then try the Museum of London in the City (Roman London) which is east of Bond Street (Anglo Saxon London). You need a lot of time there but it takes you from prehistoric London (London Before London) through to the modern era. Highly recommend and it's FREE to get in! If you want to see an exhibition then Legion at The British Museum is worth going to. If you are going before 10 April then Diva at the V&A is really good! There are zillions of theatre shows. Would recommend Abba Voyage (if you like the music of Abba) where you watch life like avatars. A very different experience! These are just a few recommendations. You can look them up online. It's just a small variety of things to see and do whilst you are visiting this amazing city! Hope you and your husband have a great time.
For sleep: Magnesium L-Threonate & Theanine. I don’t think we ate at any terrible restaurants in London. But the day we arrived we ended up at the Borough Market and ate at a Restaurant that looks like a conservatory. Delicious meal.
I find that the way bags are stored aligns with the usage. Kind of like “out of sight, out of mind”. Or even how difficult the reach might be as for me, my bag tends to be the last thing I grab when getting ready.
I might not have made that clear but yes 1000% that’s the reason for the pause. 😅And the added bonus has been that I’m really enjoying my current collection. Thanks, I am so excited!
I will have to ask my husband about food places in London. He travels for work and go there a bit. Also in a few months we will be traveling overseas on a business class as well. And im excited as we have a toddler and it will be nice that he can lay down. Also when it comes to Luxury shopping i honestly just shop here and there. No planning but at the same time being extremely cautious of the price and costs per wear ☺️
I'm excited for you on your upcoming trip! :) Same, it's also been a hot minute since I've been to London and Paris..2017 to be exact, lol 😅. But we enjoyed high tea at Fortnum & Mason, and pro tip: if you ask, the staff is super friendly and gives you complimentary refills on the little sandwiches and dessert 😊. I don't recall where we have eaten in Paris either, but Angelique is well known for their cafe/bakery, they are well known for their Mont Blanc dessert. Have the best time, GL on hopefully getting and Hermes appt.. and eager to hear about it when you return!! 🤗
Hi Melinda, If you haven't been to the top of the Eiffel Tower, would definitely recommend it. There are also food/snack places right before you go up too. You should try to go right before sunset so you get the views from day until night. And of course see the tower light up on the hour. As for sleeping on a plane, I personally use earplugs, eye mask, neck pillow, and some type of lumbar support. I also have a warm blanket and dress in layers. I am basically like a cocoon when I go on a plane. I typically never stay up, esp. on long flights. I also try to keep the foot area clear so I can recline and spread my legs out as much as possible, and this is in economy. 😂 I would rather spend my money on bags at the destination than expensive plane tickets on the family. 😂🤣 Also, Italy has nearly a 14% VAT, and France is about 11.8% or so (that's what an SA at LV on Champs-Elysee told me). Not sure about Spain, but it's also probably better than France. I would always look up prices on the French website beforehand and have them in my notes. Typically the limited editions and leather bags are significantly less expensive (biggest savings, >$1000 or more), other than the traditional classics. If you are interested in anything, you should definitely try to see them beforehand (preliminary research) so you don't waste time or feel pressured to buy them on the spot (out of guilt of seeing them with a SA). What I noticed last time is that the checkout process takes forever because there is usually only one or two people handling it (not the actual SAs) for foreigners at least (because of the passport /Vat form process). That was the case for LV and Chanel. And bring snacks /water in case there is a line or you get hungry. Those are my tips, 🤗💜 Have fun!🩵🩷
Your trip sounds very exciting! While in London, dinner at the Sexy Fish at Berkeley Square is always amazing and has a very cool vibe. If you go to Selfridge’s, enjoy a glass of champagne or lunch at the Brasserie of Light. The Ivy Asia Mayfair has incredible sushi and the restaurant is spectacular. You will not be disappointed!!!
I didn’t get an appointment at Hermes but instead bought a few other bags: 2 x goyards, 1 x Louis Vuitton, 2 x longchamp, 1x Gucci, 1 pair chanel sling backs, 1 x ski suit, plus some clothes and fragrance all came in less than a birkin !
At Selfridges you can purchase and get your VAT back. They will ship it directly to your home but you will pay customs. It’s cheaper to buy in France and pay the 3% at airport
i still have your video saved: Tips For Buying and Bringing Luxury Home From Europe!!! i even recall asking you about vat and what percentage it was 🥰 when i went to italy 2019 i had full on spreadsheet of what was worth it. did it last yr when we we to Paris. so thank you very much. we are going to japan this yr and i will be doing the same thing as the dollar is strong when converting to Yen. sadly i checked Euro and its not, was going to have a girlfriend get me some things when she went but due to that she said best to wait until Japan. sorry no recommendations as when im away for some reason i do not eat, i dont get hungry. and when i did eat, i just ate macaroons lol. also good luck on waiting to shop until your trip. i tried for japan and already caved in Jan lol.
Glad that was helpful! Yes the dollar is not strong against the euro now, when I went 6 years ago it was very strong. I hope you enjoy Japan and nothing wrong with macaroons for a meal! :)
We are flying BA business class with our daughters too as well next week to London and then Madrid and Barcelona. The seats do face diff directions but it works, enjoy and get some sleep outbound!
Oh how fun! I hope you all have a great trip! The remodeled planes don't face different directions but we don't know if our plane has the new seats. It doesn't really matter I am just happy to lay down. Thanks, I hope I can sleep a little!
Thank you! I’m not sure which model BA plane we are on but the gentleman shared that the angles are not exactly front and rear facing on some of the seats near the windows…in business class on the flights we are on…who knows! As long as I can sleep I’ll be fine. Have a wonderful trip as well!
I said that at beginning of the year… I brought Hermes scarf , Chanel costume bracelet and Chanel bag so far this yr …. 😢hopefully u r stronger than me
This sounds like a fun and creative way to enjoy your collection and get to know it better. I'm currently working my way through my makeup items in a similar vein. I'm not doing a "no buy" for cosmetics but I'm just trying to get more use from what I currently own. I hope that you have a fun and safe trip to London and Paris!
Thank you! I am really enjoying finding out all over again why I bought a bag in the first place. I am trying really hard with makeup to only replace what I am out of but we shall see how that goes lol! Glad you are using up yours!
I would watch a lot of London travel videos, there is so much to see and do. If you go at the right time of the year you can tour Buckingham place, we loved that.
Melinda your luxury shopping pause better not extend to your London and Paris trip 😁😁😁. I would really love to see some of the luxury shops in those gorgeous cities so please film everything!! (Maybe with some reveals on your return 😉) I live in the UK but don't get to London that often so it's just as fun for me to see it through someone else's eyes. Looking forward to it!
Hi MELINDA, ENJOY EUROPE! I HAVE BEEN YOU WILL LOVE ❤ I Have bought 2 LV bags so far and i'm done for the rest of the year! I have plenty of luxury bags and need to start rotating 😊❤
I only shop luxury while in Europe which is twice a year, I refuse to pay tax on luxury goods! If you don’t want to shop stay away from Bond Street in London and Saint Honore in Paris…can’t go to Europe unless it’s business class lay flat, just the best!!!
I’ve been doing a lot of soul searching myself lately. I think it was after I bought my daughter a car. It was used but like new condition, an SUV AWD. When I thought about how much this car will be used & cherished by my daughter, and the cost was equal to 2 higher luxury bags ( the Lady Dior I bought like yours & a Chanel ) A car seems much more of a useful purchase & it costing the same as 2 bags was kind of sobering. I’ve purchased way more than I should have already this year and that’s only 2 months 😬 I just need to curate my collection & stop buying. I’ve even let go of wanting a Birkin. I realized I was more invested in the chase than actually loving the bag. I probably wouldn’t use it that often to be honest.
Le Dali in le Meurice Hotel is the ultimate luxurious high tea experience in Paris. Angelina is another popular, quaint restaurant on the same block. There’s usually a long line since they don’t take reservations. We absolutely love Paris and can’t wait to go back in a few months. I’m also currently on ban island to save up for our trip. Btw, if you’re interested in Rimowa luggage, Europe prices are much better than here.
Wait, Melinda… I thought you left TH-cam and were no longer going to be posting? I haven’t seen your videos since then for whatever reason, and this one popped up tonight! Can you fill me in?
I only fly Polaris when I go to Europe! We all have choices and that is something that is so important to me! However, the food sucks no matter where your seat is. The wine is good though!😊
I haven't heard of Polaris so I am guessing they aren't in Nashville. All I really care about when flying is going non stop if at all possible. Glad the wine is good, that might help with sleep! ;)
Sounds so fun girlie. Oh, have you watched jerushas latest upload she mentions you! I was like oooh yes I know her too (in videos lol). Like how cool would that be for y'all to do a collab or something 😍. Also, I watched a video that said she had booked at a hotel in Paris and asked the concierge to make the Hermes leather appointment for her and she got one. So maybe y'all could try that even if y'all are still here or in London so that way y'all don't have to do it the day of when y'all get into France. After I saw that I'm thinking about trying that too at some point in my life lol.
@@LuxPurselove ikr ! Oh wait I just realized I didn't mean her video she did that with concierge it was from another TH-camr and it's pretty recent like last year or so.
Melinda, I have followed you for years. If you are going abroad it is going to be hard not to purchase a bag a or two. Maybe skip the Chanel since they are not very good quality. Go for a Goyard Saigon. Something different.
Thank you for being with me so long Robin! The pause is so I can shop till I drop in Paris, hopefully more than two bags will come home with me lol. :)
@@rosannagomez8040 Good to know. It is more than just the taxes though, a lot of what I own is discontinued or has gone up so much I would not pay today's prices so I want to use the bags and see if I fall back in love with them.
Im sure you will love business class, you wont want to go back. Having a break between now and your vacation is a great idea though you will want to buy everything you see when you get there 😂
I am sure we will love it too, but I am ok with Premium going home since it is daytime. I have flown to Hawaii on Southwest (on one of their horrible Max jets) and this is sooooo much better and much shorter lol. I know everything will look amazing to buy in Paris after a break!
You clearly did not watch the video. I’m going to shop till I drop in Paris. It’s not a low buy/no buy year. And I have already bought 2 bags this year lol.
I can't sleep on planes either, alas. I would never take Ambien, but a simple antihistamine like NyQuil or Unisom might relax me enough, then I would put a sleep story or podcast in my headphones and zone out .... 🥱
NyQuil is something I would never take as it has too many drugs combined the worst being acetaminophen. I will ask my Dr what a good OTC med would be. Antihistamines don't work very well on me. It is a red head thing with most drugs.
I have a lot of bags more contemporary than luxury. I took some out. Then, bought some more. 🫣 I’m trying to shop my closet to and have been using different bags every couple of days.
In my experience (this year anyway) the longer I go without shopping, the easier it is. I have felt temptation a few times, but I've been able to resist. I think because for me it was a habit based on buying things I didn't need, too impulsively. Last week I also deleted my social media apps, and that has made it even easier. You’re not alone. Our little TH-cam community is behind you 100% 💯 😊
I appreciate that! It is just a short time, I can do it! I think lol. :) Xoxo
I live in Sweden and go to London every year. My favorite restaurant is Dishoom for Indian and Tea and Tattle for afternoon tea. Have a wonderful trip! 😘
Thank you!
I love this idea of shopping your closet and using everything! Have a fun trip!🎉

The Ritz is so good, and don't forget to look at their jewellery stunning pieces ✨️
Or try The Savoy also fantastic

Formal dining - Pollen Street Social
Quick bite (classic English)- Mayfair chippy

Yes, yes to shopping your closet! Great idea and you can even do videos on that on how you found something in the closet and made an outfit or found a bag or piece of jewelry, etc.
That is exciting news! Have a wonderful trip and we will look forward to seeing what you are able to share with us!
Thanks so much!

High tea either at Claridges or Zetter Townhouse is always amazing. Have a lovely time ❤
Well done you hon, def slowing down on the handbags myself ❤😘
Thank you! It is good to pause. Xoxo
I was there a month ago and there were so many amazing things ! You’ll find it hard not to buy! Good luck! High tea at the ritz is a must, cafe d’Alma Paris, xx
I plan to shop till I drop, the pause is only until the trip. Glad you had fun and picked up some beautiful things!
Business in the 777’s are nice. Flew that back from Hawaii last year and it was so comfortable! Enjoy your trip!
Thank you!
I lived in London for awhile, and my favorite afternoon teas were at Claridges and The Dorchester. The Savoy is also very good. I thought the Ritz was very overrated.
i just came back from france, got a leather appointment and didn't have ANY stock of kelly, birkin, or constance.
I have heard that a lot. I don't have any expectations.
It fashion week so the stock will be low
it was the monday of fashion week so you'd think their stock is high in preperation. we theorized since it was the morning after a weekend that could also be why they had barely anything.

Great restaurants in London: Wild Honey, Chutney Mary, Humble Chicken, Clipstone, Portland, Palomar. Enjoy your visit!
I would LOVE to see more videos of the bags you have and what all fits inside! Or as you rewear some of your older bags maybe you remember why you loved them!
I plan to do that! I have fallen back in love with all the ones I have used so far. :)
Le Soufflé in Paris is a MUST if you have never been! The French make the best desserts in my opinion! ❤
I'd like to stay at one of the old UK castles that has been converted to a hotel, and most have restaurants.
Hi Melinda, you look lovely .wishing you a lovely trip to my homeland the UK. I was there a couple of weeks ago and will return in May. it's the best! I don't believe in the low buy thing any more than going crazy buying. Thankfully when hubby and I travel I can still have my treats.

I can’t wait to see the travel vlogs!
I want to see you as a grandma. Omg spoiling like crazy. You are so nice Melinda I love your videos. Makes me dream
Thank you!
At Selfridges you can purchase and get your VAT back. They will ship it directly to your home but you will pay customs. It’s cheaper to buy in France and pay the 3% at airport
If it gets shipped the customs percentage is higher depending on the state. I paid 9% but I still saved about 900 dollars buying at Selfridges
I was surprised when I checked & I hadn’t subscribed! Thanks for the reminder!
Thank you so much!
Just went December and if you haven’t already been Le Train Bleu is fabulous restaurant 🎉
i still have your video saved: Tips For Buying and Bringing Luxury Home From Europe!!! i even recall asking you about vat and what percentage it was 🥰 when i went to italy 2019 i had full on spreadsheet of what was worth it. did it last yr when we we to Paris. so thank you very much. we are going to japan this yr and i will be doing the same thing as the dollar is strong when converting to Yen. sadly i checked Euro and its not, was going to have a girlfriend get me some things when she went but due to that she said best to wait until Japan. sorry no recommendations as when im away for some reason i do not eat, i dont get hungry. and when i did eat, i just ate macaroons lol. also good luck on waiting to shop until your trip. i tried for japan and already caved in Jan lol.
Glad that was helpful! Yes the dollar is not strong against the euro now, when I went 6 years ago it was very strong. I hope you enjoy Japan and nothing wrong with macaroons for a meal! :)
I’ve been watching you forever and finally subscribed. Onto 30K 🎉🥳🤩❤!
Thank you so much! xoxo
@@LuxPurselove you’re welcome, well deserved! Have a safe trip!! I’ll be living vicariously through you, lol 😂😎
High tea at Claridge’s London or Ritz Paris
Melinda I can’t sleep on the plane either. On an overnight 9 hour flight to Italy I maybe slept an hour and a half total! 🇮🇹
It is just awful! I am hoping laying down will help.
In London: Dishoom, Gordon Ramsey, Borough market for food market experience
@@emk6117 Yes some sleep is all I need too! Thank you!
Been to Paris for the new yr...absolutely amazing....❤🎉
I said that at beginning of the year… I brought Hermes scarf , Chanel costume bracelet and Chanel bag so far this yr …. 😢hopefully u r stronger than me
Good for you! Enjoy!
@jesseeec I'm really just trying to hold out until Paris. Enjoy your new goodies and don't be hard on yourself, it is ok!
I've heard that in the UK budget this month, the rules will change and you will be able to claim the tax back on purchases once againx
Your thought process totally makes sense especially with the upcoming Europe trip! 💚💚💚
I am going to try! Why not save $ there than spend it here? Xoxo
What do you recommend to do in London? By the way, we live in Tn as well. 😊
I would watch a lot of London travel videos, there is so much to see and do. If you go at the right time of the year you can tour Buckingham place, we loved that.
Make reservations in Paris since it is more difficult to walk in. Recommend Gloria, Pink Mamma or Le Comptoir de la Gastronomie for dinner.
Thanks for all the tips!
@@LuxPurselove +1 for Pink Mamma!
The pause is only because of London and Paris lol! I plan to do some vlogging, thank you! :)
Thanks for sharing your travel plans, hope you both have a wonderful time , safe travels ❤
Thanks so much! 😊
Instead of sleeping aid, try Benadryl instead. It also can help with falling asleep in the plane with none of the side effects
I am not taking a sleeping aid, I will try white noise. Benadryl doesn't really work well on me unfortunately.
Hi MELINDA, ENJOY EUROPE! I HAVE BEEN YOU WILL LOVE ❤ I Have bought 2 LV bags so far and i'm done for the rest of the year! I have plenty of luxury bags and need to start rotating 😊❤
Samba Sushi covent garden in London!
I only shop luxury while in Europe which is twice a year, I refuse to pay tax on luxury goods! If you don’t want to shop stay away from Bond Street in London and Saint Honore in Paris…can’t go to Europe unless it’s business class lay flat, just the best!!!
I plan to shop till I drop in Paris.
What a wonderful gift for your daughter! A car is better than bags any day and yes all the use she will get out of it is great.
I am doing a no buy year and so far I am ok, but it is hard. I love all of your videos.
Thank you so much! I am just trying to hold out until Paris.
You look stunning!
Thank you!
Thanks for the tips! We went to Angelina's last time, that was fun! I hope you enjoy your trip!
I’m excited to watch this! I love it by the title already! I’m doing a Low-Buy & it has been refreshing!
Hope you enjoyed it!
I’m the same way, I can’t sleep on the plane, but recently tried melatonin and it works!😴😴
I’m doing the shop my closet, and delayed gratification. If I want a “bag” will wait minimum of 30 days. Usually the desire is gone by then 😂
That is true!
Haven’t been to Europe since 2016 myself….take some photos and vids for us? ❤
Yes I will! :)
Have a great trip ❤😊!
Thank you! 😃
@@LuxPurselove your welcome
Wait, Melinda… I thought you left TH-cam and were no longer going to be posting? I haven’t seen your videos since then for whatever reason, and this one popped up tonight! Can you fill me in?
Have a great trip!
Thanks!
I am so happy for you darling. Enjoy your trip ❤
Thanks so much love! Xoxo
OMG your Ambien story 😂 .. I get sick on airplanes I drink Dramamine, the drowsy kind and I knock out .. I take 2, try that maybe it will help 😅
That might work! I have taken that on cruise ships before, thanks for the reminder!
Glad the wine is good, that might help with sleep! ;)
Polaris is United Business! And yes, nonstop is a must if possible, even if it costs more!@@LuxPurselove
@@LIN-wt8dk Totally agree!
Gordon Ramsey’s lucky cat restaurant in Mayfair is really good we’re going back there in 2 weeks ❤
Thanks for the tip! Have a fun trip!
Hey Melinda can we do a meet up in London? That would be so fun to meet you in person!!!
That would be lovely but my husband and I have our days all planned out. Thank you though!
Melinda I would love to buy one of your luxury bags
I'm not selling any hon.
Yes I saw it, she is the sweetest! She went to Paris a long time ago, I think things with Hermes has changed a lot since then.
@@LuxPurselove ikr ! Oh wait I just realized I didn't mean her video she did that with concierge it was from another TH-camr and it's pretty recent like last year or so.
It shouldn’t be stressful to use what we have.
It’s not stressful. I’ve been having a lot of fun rediscovering why I fell in love with my least used bags in the first place.
Malinda no no please don’t I love your bags…
I am confused, please don't what? I am just trying to use them more.
Do what I did. I sold the ones I wasn’t reaching for
I am not selling now.
Yes I remember you said that and I asked my husband who is a CPA. He said while I’ll get the form it doesn’t have any main impact on taxes
@@rosannagomez8040 Good to know. It is more than just the taxes though, a lot of what I own is discontinued or has gone up so much I would not pay today's prices so I want to use the bags and see if I fall back in love with them.
Have you been to Rome? That’s luxury heaven 😂
I haven't but I would love to go! My sister went all over Italy last year and she loved it.
❤❤
I see so many of such videos from luxury TH-camrs, I’m thinking they are all liars! 😂
You clearly did not watch the video. I’m going to shop till I drop in Paris. It’s not a low buy/no buy year. And I have already bought 2 bags this year lol.
What other video did you see where someone said they were waiting on a special trip to shop?🤔
@@LuxPurselove I’m sorry! I was too quick to comment! I realized that when I was a few minutes into the video but dashing out to work!
@@lvchanellove3516 based on the title, too quick to comment! Few minutes into the video then I realized. Lol
@ypf7717 Thank you! No way I could quit shopping forever!😅
It is fun to shop your closet and free! :)
