I bought a 20 year old Kelly 32 from Luxury Promise three years ago. It had just been to the Hermes spa so it looked brand new. I’ve been using it every winter as my everyday bag and there isn’t a mark on it. I’m a horse girl so I’m not very nice to the bags I use daily. It is a true testament to the quality of Hermes. I really enjoy your videos and your style. I bought my husband a Prada nylon sport coat because it looked so good on you and he loves it.

The orange color from a Hermes shopping bag stained my Hermes Picotin Canvas in Nata. I dropped it off in the Boston Hermes store December 2023. It’s now March 2024 and still haven’t heard anything back from Hermes about the status of my bag. I think they lost it because customer service keeps saying they’ll get back to me.
Tips on how to find a dry cleaner locally who can handle Hermes pieces would be greatly appreciated. For Herbag as well as some RTW that has unique/delicate finishes. Appreciate any ideas!
Can we get an updated video on your insert recommendations for Constance, Kelly, and Birkin? Bonus, what are your recommendations for handbags outside of Hermes as well.

I always get goosebumps watching the craftsmen working on the bags there - such a special place. I have several experiences with the Hermès Spa: first I got problems with the clasp of my Dogon wallet and after they repaired it (for free!) it looked brand new. I also had issues with several pairs of Oran sandals and they did not repair them but gave me store credit. And last but not least I am currently I am waiting for my Lindy to come bag from the spa and I am 100% sure that it will also look brand new 🤍

Hello. I have been Hermes’s customer for over 4 years. Last year I bought a vintage Kelly 28 from a pre-loved website. I brought it to my Hermes SA to send to the workshop for repairs. 6 months later they returned my bag to me and didn’t do even one thing to it. NOTHING WAS DONE, not even refreshing of the leather! I was told that this Kelly is too old!! Seriously??? So much for impeccable repair service. I was very disappointed. Needless to say, my Hermes journey is currently on hold.
I know they do. My point was the so-called Hermes leather service that fixes everything. That’s why I bought that vintage Kelly. Hermes doesn’t fix everything, far from everything. They only fix some bags, a very little percentage. Because I heard from other people that their bags were not serviced too even though they were authentic.
🤍🤍🤍I sent two pre-loved Kelly Classique wallets to H Spa in 2022. Replacement turnlock clasp on one was $230 USD (I also replaced the rest of the hardware upon recommendation. A little splurgy but not a frightening number, was well worth it. SO beautiful!✨). That was only gone for one month…what luck! The other wallet only had its faded red color freshened up and looked near new when it came back 5 or 6 months later. My SA told me that to get my Bastia freshened up was only about a hundred bucks less than replacing it with a brand new one. I’ll either just live with it or have a fun custom paint art done to it.🎨

Buy the same color leather paint online. Do it by yourself.
