    To cook julienne with chicken fillet and mushrooms:
    Chicken fillet - 500 g
    Champignons - 400 g
    Cream 10% - 400 g
    Flour - 1 tbsp
    Onion - 2 pcs.
    Salt, ground black pepper to taste
    Butter - 10 g
    Cheese - 100 g
    1. Cut the chicken fillet. Salt and pepper. Fry on both sides for 1 minute.
    2. Cut mushrooms and onions. Saute onions and mushrooms. Salt to taste.
    3. Cut the chicken fillet into strips.
    4. Fry the flour until golden brown. Pour in the cream and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    5. Mix chicken, mushrooms, onions and sauce.
    6. Lubricate the mold with butter. Put the chicken with mushrooms, onions and sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
    7. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
