NFS Underground had the 2.5 RS Impreza, and the Mitsubishi Lancer MK8.
NFS Most Wanted had the Fiat Grande Punto, Cadillac CTS, Audi A4 3.2 Quattro.
In most racing games you get the performance version of these cars, such as the Cadillac CTS-V, Audi S4, Mitsubishi EVO, Subaru WRX.

The Italdesign cars has engine by others motor companies: Nazca C2 (BMW), Calà (Lamborghini) and Scighera (Alfa Romeo).

Was looking forward to seeing the Hyundai Tiburon from Underground again, Think the Underground series is the only time I ever saw the Tiburon. Really liked using it too along side the 240SX. :)
Tiburon was also in Gran Turismo 4,5,and 6.

By rare and unique you probably mean, that these cars appeared once or twice in NFS? I think some of these may have appeared in other non-NFS racing games.

I wish racing games today had more unorthodox and/or rare cars in their roster today.
nissan gtr proto in prostreet. but dbr9 also appear in shift's. the same happens with agera(hp2010, shift2u, nfs world), slr moss(hp2010, both nfs shift and world)
Lotus europa from NFSC? Or the Caterham r500, range rover evoque and the 918 Spyder concept? And while I get that you couldn't have all of them here, (Admittedly the carrera gt was in multiple nfs games aside from the one listed, as it was in most wanted, carbon and I believe undercover.) At the same time, maybe that'll leave you open for another vid. I liked the presentation though, short and to the point.
