The typical Brazilian barbecue usually consists of: meats (usually steaks, sausages, chicken), potato salada,
vinaigrette (usually tomatoes, bellpepers, onions, green onion, vinegar), grilled garlic bread. Other additionals (depending of the region of Brazil) may include: cheese bread, chicken heart, breaded banana, mash potato...
For drinking usually, beer, caipirinha (cachaça+lemon or vodka+lemon)
THANK GOD. I'm from Minas Gerais where Pão de Queijo " Cheese Bread" is originally from and I'm so glad you liked it. It's kind of authentic but usually in Brazil in a barbecue you would eat the meat with white rice a sauce called Vinagrete and a brazilian side dish called farofa. It's AMAZING.

Yeah, everything it's pretty authentic, but we don't eat plantain too often. The only thing missing is the rice and beans and some farofa (cassava flour)

I’ve never seen mashed potato on Brazilian bbq, but it definitely looks good. I was missing the garlic bread and vinagrete (Brazilian version of pico de gallo).

Everything is authentic except for the plantains it’s not really a Brazilian thing but they do eat it!

My wife’s family is from Brazil. Most Brazilian restaurants in the US serve plantains because they get allot of customers from other Latino countries. Plantains are big everywhere in Latin America but Brazil. Brazilians prefer fried Yucca. everything else was traditional. The Pichana was over cooked. You must have rice and black beans with farofa, and Kovi (Collard Greens) to make it really official next time.

How we Brazilian eat our authentic food is rice beans with potato salad picanha sausage chicken leg or chicken harts our other authentic food is called feijoada it’s served with rice beans with meats inside and a side of cheese bread and cornflakes 😋😋

I don't think you ever made a vid of Romanian dishes! You should bro! You'll think it's the best food! Mici(mititei), cabbage rolls(sauerkraut cabbage). Our dry sausages are the best! And for desert; crapes, cremeș, savarine.
The only thing not authentic is the sauce... we usually don't use sauce on our barbecue, but I understand they have it to appeal to americans. Looks like good food tho.
Next time try some Guarana soda with it (guarana is a type of amazon cherry, quite refreshing, it goes well with salty things).
