WrinkleSTOP is the best anti-wrinkle system available for all types of materials (paper, film, foil, woven and nonwoven webs) for the converting industry. It incorporates a smooth surface that will not mark or scratch your web. Its linear, no-bow face width won’t distort your web and will keep the webs tension profile even across the width.
WrinkleSTOP is adjustable from edge to edge, while the web is in motion with standard tools making it the most versatile anti-wrinkle device available. It’s easily installed replacing inferior anti-wrinkle rollers or even standard idler rollers. Web lead-in and lead out distance can be very short, saving space in your machine and wrap angle can be minimal up to 180 degrees.
WrinkleSTOP has a high traction surface, suitable for light to heavy web tension and can be driven externally. WrinkleSTOP technology works well for the thinnest to thickest webs. Width capability is 2” to 200” with web speeds from 1 foot per minute up to 3000 feet per minute. Available in 3.375”, 5.5” and 8” diameter models. Proudly made in the USA.
