Yes same basic bike with a few upgrades. The MiRider development manager commented on the MiRider thread on the Pedelecs web site and got called out for lying.
How does it compare to other folding electric bikes? The price is competitive compared to say electric Brompton and Gocycle. Is this the review of the 2020 model or the 2021 model?
This is the 2020 model. I’ve only ever ridden another ebike and that was the Brompton. The Brompton folds down better and is easier to carry - think it’s lighter as well which makes it the better choice for commuting but the MiRider is I think better for daily use into town or round the parks as the suspension on it makes the ride smoother. Depends on what you want it for I guess. If Commuting look at Brompton. If exploring your local trails or going into town shopping etc. MiRider wins. MiRider is foldable but I wouldn’t call it commuter friendly especially if going to London
These are useless bikes. Already it turned out to be dead and would not switch on. only to discover one of the green small connectors had come apart due to no slack in the cable, when folding the handle bars down puts tension on the cable and the connectors come apart. Only done less than 5 miles
My biggest complaint about the Mirider One is the omission of manual gears, which on a £1.5k e bike is very mean.
Hi looks great, love the footage, who does your camera work?

Brompton is twice the price so bear that in mind

over priced death trap stearing.
