RUNNING A 4.12!!!! ... UNGODLY.... ALIEN TIER. Still the fastest 40 yard dash currently... set by a 230 ibs running back. Just obscene, meaning if Bo Jackson was 185 ibs (normal sprinter weight) he'd clock around a 3.7/3.8 40 yard dash... translated on track making him faster than Usain Bolt and the fastest man to ever live.

The biggest difference between 20 and 40 is not the difference is speed. It's the difference in how much easier you get injured and longer it takes to recover.
Out of a two point on cracked sun dried concrete is INSANE. Speed is speed, when he said he could jog a 4;50 that wasn’t bragging it was just an accurate assessment. In spikes, on a track, out of a 3, this man runs in the 4;4’s no problem. Absolutely amazing!
