Everyone seems to sleep with multiple people at a time nowadays. I wonder how many people out there actually don't know their own fathers.
It's crazy. I think becoming a JW as a teen saved me. I have 7 children who all look like their father except one. And none of HIS kids look like him, they all look like his father. I'm RH- and the first child I lost the medical professionals thought my husband was not the father of all my children. They tested my husband and he was heterozygous. He had RH- and + in his blood allowing me to have 4 children before I had a child who died of RH disease.

First case, why in the world would any women not get a DNA test done to settle who is the innocent child's father? That woman didn't even take her child for a very simple test and the possible father was paying for it. 2 lost years because her mother did want to be with that man, and the mother is the only one to blame for not letting her child know her Dad.

When are we as a society going to accept that all births should be accompanied by a DNA test from both parents as a part of the birth certificate process being signed and accepted.
Get the focus away from the male or the female feeling as though the relationship is being tested or lack of trust in the relationship, make it mandatory by law as the focus should always be on the baby.

Smith v Hicks
Tess Smith should be ashamed of herself. Ms Hicks’ son, Jaqori looks exactly like Mr Smith’s sister’s Tess. It looked like Miss Tess Smith got her pregnant. Tess must have really gotten on Brittney Hicks’ nerves.
And Grandma needs to focus her disappointment on her daughter Tess. Tess is the one who kept that from her mother and Tess did not care about getting the truth unless it was her truth bc you can tell Tess cannot stand Britney.

And Grandma Smith, she did try to contact you, your daughter probably got the message and did not tell you. Tess probably did not want to upset you until she knew for sure.

but that baby looks just LIKE Tess Smith.

This is probably why they did not let Mrs Smith know about the paternity question regarding their sons.

I wish I could have seen the end of the last case but it cut off when the second young lady was speaking, not fair to cut off this segment.
I’ve watched that case before.Neither of the kids were fathered by the deceased son. His mother was so distraught cuz those potential grandkids would’ve left her with a part of her son

All newborns should receive a DNA test, unless the father does not wish too. Then he signs either a consent or refusal.
It sounds cold, but I'm not going to invest my time, bonding, and money to raise a kid that might not even be mine. If the mother didn't want to get a DNA test, I will be suspicious of that. The judge was trying to make him feel bad
