Loved seeing the VanVan offroad. Super jealous of the trails you have over there, they look awesome. We have nothing even close to this experience in the UK.
👍 Have the same VV200 as your buddy as my putter of the group of bikes I own and leave it parked at my parents pad in Running Springs. Cool mountain cruiser and trail putter. Dig mine, but no doubt it was outgunned out there with ya.
When I was bike shopping it ended up between the TW or the Van Van. I went with the TW because of the accessories availability and the online Tdub community. Both are excellent machines but I think I made the correct choice for my needs.
Though tough on a small cc bike that was just what the doctor ordered for some training on momentum and line choice. Can't make it there with a TW or VV then get a different bike.

Been to Randsburg many times. We camp outside of Cal City and go in from the backside.
