for GCSE eng lit i watched mr salles teaches English- if it wasn't for him i wouldn't have done ass 'good' as i did (i had a awful teacher in year 10 who messed up my coursework and i had to redo it the next year and didn't teach my class half the texts). One of my papers ended up as averaging at an A* just by catching up with the work with my 'new' teacher and watching the youtube videos!

I am taking my GCSEs this year and I am still unsure on how many hours of revision I am meant to be doing each day after school, do you have any suggestions? Thanks x
+Aghalya J aw I'm so glad! Good luck! For GCSE no more than 3 I would say unless you're really struggling/ find it hard to reach top grades. If you get home at 4/5 and work more than 3 hours you won't get enough down time or sleep! You'll probably be getting revision homework soon and the homework you do will help you too so don't go crazy with the revision x
I know this sounds odd but for biology I often make "characters" - I've drawn images that I use in all my revision notes for lymphocytes, phagocytes, restriction enzymes, ligase enzymes, and more - it's really fun to do and I find it really helpful!
