Cardinal lig does not contain uterine vessels..the vessels enters through broad lig and above the ureter..and suspensory ligament is a part of broad ligament along with the mesosalpinx, mesometrium and mesovarium...

According to USMLE First Aid, the Cardinal Ligament contains Uterine vessels.
Round ligament is a uterine support, maintains anteversion
It's generally called 'oophorectomy'.
