I am lost. Please HELP! So, was it worth placing your prescription into the frame? I am not sure if placing my prescription in the frame as you did is better, or if I should opt for contacts, or the inserts. What is your take on this. Thank you so much and your videos are amazing!

So for me putting my prescription in the lenses worked best because my eyesight has been the same and doesn’t fluctuate. If your vision changes every year I would not do this and instead get the inserts.
