Thanks! Your videos are Amazing, clear and updated! Love that you check and remove videos that are no relevant. About Etsy SEO, I also think they don't always follow it? With that I mean ,they prioritise people that pay ads, free shipping, good rating sellers, comments...and SEO is the last thing....with competition it is hard to be noticed on Etsy. I used marmalade and had what it was great longtail word....then I ask friends to type exactly that long tail ...and my item was in the 5th page and the items with my longtail, were nothing to do with it or type of product 🤦and of course was not in title....crazy....but I know SEO still important...just Etsy is becoming harder
I feel you, Lucia! Etsy can definitely be difficult to navigate, and technology changes so fast all the time. Seems like just when you're starting to understand the algorithms, they change again! 😅 - L
I totally agree!! amazing suggestions but it seems they don't work for new shops and this is stressful, could be useful a video about, how much time etsy take to show up properly new shops and making sales.
Firstly, I love that you let us know how to identify if your SEO content is currently relevant! This is something I always wonder when consuming older content, so thank you Deb! I've spent a lot of time focusing on SEO for Google and Pinterest. I thought I would have a pretty good idea on Etsy SEO. But nooo! 😂 It always differs between platforms.
