I have a cargo rack just like this one and it came with Au bolt and a flat stabilizer bracket and it hits the ground every time I. Go over bumps. Can I flip that the other way around so I don't scrape the ground when I go over bumps?

Hi! I’ll go and see. I’ll measure my tires and measure the space, but for now I know the inside measurement is 59” length x 23” width x 14.4” height
