Split those bushings in half, then it's a easy insert, impossible for them to work themselves out after installing. been there and done that several times and it works 👍
Vanna White certainly put you through the paces. In my experience, if I don't bleed doing a job, I know the job is not done right. Glad to see you finished it. Shed looks good, but I don't know how you will be able to pack 4 more van loads into it. :) Thanks for sharing the real life saga.
If the other side goes bad, just by the complete upper control arm assembly with the bushings and ball joint installed already. They are not that expensive on Rock Auto. I will save you time and pain.
Good to see your settling in your new place. 2 hr drive was a long move for you with all your stuff but you did it. Congratulations. Front end work looked painful on that rig. I bet when done you were ready for some wings and a beer
Isn’t it great that we both have the same kind of luck when working on crap 😂. Hope you got those bushings in and don’t forget to get an alignment done. 👍🙏
Those adjustable wrenches earn the knickname "knuckle f#ckers" but glad you bled you way to success. I have the same hands but not your patience with cars:)

Wow! The lack of rust on that frame is crazy compared to Wisconsin.
Don't they put salt on the roads when it snows!
@THISOLDOUTBOARD1 And Calcium Chloride. Same stuff they put in tractor tires for ballast. It's way worse than just salt.
