adding to that question how do you get fever besides other people giving it to you? why is it a big deal when it's spreading? how are you supposed to run away from people if you are next to the boss and running out will run towards everyone else? @@maxwayne9087 you get fever from the 2nd largest aoe of khan and khan normal hits so most likely the tank will get the fever fever will decrease your dct/attack speed/base stats from what I remember you just have to run if the tank got fever from about the max range of a ranger and wait until the fever is cleared if you get fever you have to run to an empty space and make sure no one is around you, you communicate that you have it so your teammate avoids you yea I'm in mushpoie xD

sorry for late reply, killing totem near khan will increase drop chance
