While I do not & never have had any Newcastle in my flock, it would be a good idea to vaccinate as a preventative measure. I wish there was a vaccine for West Nile, as well! Hello thanks for your comment am not that well averse with the Usa but you can ask around in pet shops I think they can have a clue on where you can get the vaccines from. Yea and the West Nile disease the preventive measure is to make sure that you protecr your chicken from being attacked by mosquitos
