NW Arlington, Interlochen Estates. I just moved here from California and this neighborhood is awesome. Unlike new, rubber-stamped lookalike homes and bare lawns without trees, this neighborhood has mature trees, a mix of architectural styles from the 1970's and 1980's. Coming from So. Cal I feel like there is real value: "Three times the home for 1/3 the price compared to what I am used to.
Some of these areas are upscale and not accessible to everyday working-class ppl (Colleyville, Trophy Club, Southlake)..There are more affordable areas in Mansfield, Arlington, Burleson, Benbrook, and Weatherford with great schools and entertainment...In this decade we will see more growth south of I-20 compared to north of I-30. There is more land to develop south and west. The population is slated to double by 2040.
Dude, I live in Keller and I don't even know where you shot that. Maybe some footage of 377 between North Tarrant and Golden Triangle or Beach Street would have been more helpful.
Gracias, tengo una duda: existen complejos de apartamentos en Fort Worth? Y excelente escucharte hablar tu idioma de origen para entender un poco más 🙏
Are people still wearing masks in Fort Worth and Dallas? Here in Austin feels like everyone is part of a mask patrol forcing everyone to wear a mask eventhough the governor lifted the mask mandates. :(
Most places have signs asking everyone to wear a mask. However, seems like a lot of places are turning a blind eye to it. I'd say 1 in 4 people in my gym don't wear a mask.
I used to live south of the metroplex years ago. You could not pay me to live anywhere near there again. The traffic alone is a deal breaker.
DFW is growing

That's right. Plenty of great areas in the Southern side of Fort Worth. Mansfield would be my top choice.
All of your top 5 are north of Ft. Worth. I would've like to see a little more in other directions. But it was a fun video to watch! 👍🏼🙂
Thank you. It was tough picking 5. There a great areas in all directions lol
Thank you for the video
You’re welcome 👍
I am about to close on a home in Mansfield, Tx (76063) not far from UTA. what you think about that area?

I really like your videos but your background music is too loud compared to when your talking.
Thank you for the feedback. I'll let the editor know.
Thanks!
No problem.
What community did you visit in Colleyville?
We visited several different subdivisions.
