if you want the egg half cooked inside the patty, you can freeze the eggs beforehand, wrapped it inside the patty then bake it depends on how thick the patty, oven time can change. measure and test it yourself.
actually its also possible to make it seasoned omellete inside by beating the eggs normally with some seasoning, then put it in rubber ice mold then freeze it. but i hardly can find a mold that can do round egg shape
