Haven't done one of these Eat Food videos in awhile, guess I'm more pre-occupied with eating and conversing than trying to film. Don't know how daily vloggers balance life with life through a view-finder. Serious kudos.
Here's another kbbq spot in Los Angeles' Ktown. It's not an AYCE spot, but they make up for it with quality meat (try the gotsal, flower rib) and service (dedicated grillers that cook for you). There is usually a wait no matter what day of the week. The up-side is Quarters is the only kbbq spot I've found that has a full outdoor bar and bar menu, making the wait a bit more bearable.
Note to self: Learn how to drink.
