About the Soviet tower, here is some history; i think ussr built it in the Cold War (1947 - 1991) with Poland being part of ussr during the Cold War when Europe was split up between usa and ussr

Poland was never part of the ussr. it was part of the warsaw pact. the socialist equivalent to todays eu

Very nice looking building and those lifts are so shiny and very old fashioned. Plus I like how the building glows in the dark in blue. That’s incredible.
