I like when they put concerts on dvd, its easier/cheaper for people to watch, when its in a theater its slightly more accessible as well as air conditioned. I never understood the appeal of sitting out in the heat on grass with a huge crowd of sweaty people.

In a live concert something primal and ancient happens to you, that can’t happen alone at home unless you work yourself into a trance state. Doesnt matter what the music is, it’s all drums and dancing around fire, becoming possessed by a spirit that you begin to channel with everyone else at the same time
