This triple layer floor cost is over Rs 350/sq ft. What's the point? Just a 18mm, any cement particle bonded board, added with vinyl sheet or carpet or paint would be within Rs 150/sq ft, which is including raft structure. This is in view of all non industrial usage.

I think 2nd layer was installed only to put the foam in between to absorb the noise. Otherwise, we can use a single board with more thickness
