This is a traditional regional dessert from Algarve! One of my favourites. I eat these all the time every time I go to Lagos.

- 125 g egg threads
- 2 egg yolks
- 30 g shredded almonds
- 50 ml sugar syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
