Chalai is the oldest market in Kerala. Over 2kms of controlled chaos and wonderful culture makes this place a must visit when you come to Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram).

Then if you have 1 whole day to spare, travel to PONMUDI hills and there are trekking options available. It'll be like the raw beauty of Srilanka.

kerala people are very friendly i know, while i was in India...i visited Kerala...they are very helpful as well as noone takes any compliment from us, even if we give...they have very good morale

Near Padmanabhaswamy temple at eastfort in trivandrum(richest temple in the world),there is a restaurant named Buhaari…go there and have lamp/mutton chops with parotta or idiyappum…it will blow your world also beside that shop there is a juice shop;have one meetapan and one kullukki sarbat..you will ditch your eu passport and apply for Indian citizenship…joking😂😂😂
Also have masala chai from that restaurant..

Or come to munich next time when you are around in Europe..I will make all the Kerala dishes for you..get some spices as souvenir for your loved ones and tea from munnar..kerala is famous for spices and tea
A small hack for spicy food..if its gets too spicy add some coconut cream or coconut milk to your curries..it will cool down the spice level..works well with my eastern european flatmate..
