fences are great but your fence is a little too much like a fighting stance. it needs to look more natural. i recommend a slightly narrower stance and keep your palms facing the aggressor but moving (talking hands) as you try to de-escalate. peace
Although the tutorials were explained well enough, this video would've and could've been even better had there been a colleague playing the roll of assailant. One last thing, you didn't credit Geoff Thompson, the creator of "the fence" concept.
