My very first "girlfriend" was such a 1D fan. We were both in middle school at the time. 1D was still alive and going, I believe it was around 2013 - 2014. She said that she only dated me because I looked like a young Latino Zayn. I took that as a win lol. Now I look back and remember my middle school and high school days. I'm in college with barely any friends. She has a new boyfriend and has her own life going on. It's sad how we grow up and everything changes. At first, I only listened to 1D for her. Now I listen to 1D for the memories of being young again. This song really is nostaglic. I had friends, I was more social and outgoing. My very first "girlfriend" was such a 1D fan. We were both in middle school at the time. 1D was still alive and going, I believe it was around 2013 - 2014. She said that she only dated me because I looked like a young Latino Zayn. I took that as a win lol. Now I look back and remember my middle school and high school days. I'm in college with barely any friends. She has a new boyfriend and has her own life going on. It's sad how we grow up and everything changes. At first, I only listened to 1D for her. Now I listen to 1D for the memories of being young again. This song really is nostaglic. I had friends, I was more social and outgoing. Now I'm alone everyday, staring at the wall daydreaming of what used to be. So every now and then, I listen to Story Of My Life just to remind myself of that feeling. The feeling that I had more than I thought and I didn't even know.

Oh I remember this... I used to sing it in the car while me and my dad would buy bread loaves. But in every story, there's always something that'll go wrong.
I have always loved 1D, and I remember listening to all their songs. I was young then, and didn't understand that it wouldn't last forever, and I didn't enjoy it while it lasted. Thinking back on it, I really wish I could go back and listen to this song for the first time again. This song was probably my favorite out of all of them. I don't really know why because it's a bit sadder, but this one just stuck out to me. I would give anything to go back in time to experience this again. None of my friends answer my texts (or when im really sad, calls). hey you, yes you! want to make some chocolate chip cookies? here’s the recipe:
Ingredients
1 cup white sugar (201 grams / 7.1 ounces)
⅓ cup brown sugar (73 grams / 2.5 ounces)
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ eggs (decreasing egg yolk amounts creates optimized lightness and fluffy texture to the dough)
1 cup of butter (between refrigerator and room temperature) (227g/8oz)
2 ¼ cups of flour (adapt this for elevation and humidity as needed, make sure the cups are level) (288 grams / 10 ounces)
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
2 cups of chocolate chips (if small, less if large)
Method
Preheat the oven to 350ºF/180ºC.
Add the vanilla, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and butter to a bowl.
Whisk flour, salt, and baking soda into another bowl.
Mix dry and wet ingredients until fully blended, without over-mixing.
Apply cooking spray to a pan so that the cookies won't stick to the baking pan.
Take a small quantity of your cookie dough and roll it in you hands into a ball shape.
Place the cookie balls on the baking pan.
Flatten each cookie dough ball with a fork.
Put cookies in the oven for about 8-10 minutes.
Take the cookies out of the oven and let them sit on a wire cooling rack for about 15 minutes to cool then enjoy!
