Waipio Valley Shuttle Tour: Big Island of Hawaii

We recently visited the Big Island of Hawaii and we had the opportunity to go on the Waipio Valley Shuttle Tour. It was an awesome tour. If you have the chance you should take it. It definitely beats hiking the road down into the valley (and back out again!). The tour explores a lot of the valley; it was a beautiful place. Hope you enjoy the video!

Does this tour take you to the black sand beach?

I read that you could pay extra to hike down and catch another bus later. Did they give you that option?
