Well, doing them on the floor is more challenging for you muscles and so more effective. BUT if you are cheating it's not that good for your joints and if you must quit after 3 reps it's less effective. So here's my advice. Do it at the wall an try to increase your quality from workout to workout. Try to get closer to the floor with each session. 👍

this can have many causes. On the one hand, you get more muscles. So you are better in shape but your weight is not decreasing so fast. that's good because muscles burn a lot of calories. On the other hand, the intensity is too low. do other workouts of mine with more hiit and power, too.
5 years ago. Yes probably you can do this workout. But be careful with jumping. I recommend to do a step Touch or sidestep instead of all jumping exercises.
Why dont you do this in your language PLEASE!, its really silly to hear you trying the english way, i have a lot more fun with you speaking your national language, pretty please

@ You are right about the number of followers, but i think you are wrong in what they want to see, and i think they will like it more with cc, because if you take a look at your BodyBoom Videos, they have a hell of a lot more views, and what makes them special is that you and the crew speaks naturally all the way, Im from Argentina and i really prefer to listen all foreign languages as long as they are their original ones, so that's why I'm pretty sure all your followers will be more likely to see and recommend your video or channel in your own language with cc than the ones you make in English, because they lack the feeling, The Power, and your natural way of communicating things (and im telling this without even knowing what language is, [I think is German, because when you say ``alles klar``, I always respond ``herr kommissar`` JKHAjHAJAH, anyway, you can try to make one in your own language (if I get to choose it would be a Kick Box Aerobic of about an hour or so ::))) (Advance) , and see what happen, after a month and check statistics ./ Thank you for taking the time and explaining anyway, and hope you get what i mean, after all, there are three languages translation here now: Argentina-> English -> German?
