This conversation is significant as it's the last public interview before the official Adyashanti retirement announcement. Loch has been an authorized teacher by Adyashanti since 2007 and he carries on the modern nondual tradition. Adyashanti meditation style is discussed as he shares personal insights into his journey of awakening, emphasizing the importance of embodiment and connection in his path towards deeper understanding.
The discussion touches on the individualized nature of awakening experiences and the various phases one may encounter along the way. They discuss Loch’s Mindful Glimpses approach and Adyashanti Guided Meditation style as complements to each other. Delving into the essence of awakening, Loch and Adyashanti explore the transition from the narrative mind to pure awareness, and then into embodiment and love, highlighting the dynamic interplay between relative and ultimate realities. Throughout the dialogue, they offer nuanced perspectives on non-duality, emphasizing the integration of awareness and love into everyday life.

This is so perfect, thank you both. Jusssst now getting to that 51% nearly 20 years later 😂. In the realization of presence everything seems so unimaginably simple but the unfolding of all the human imprinting is so vast and rich. Also, Adya already looks refreshed and rejuvenated, wonderful to see! ❤️❤️❤️

Cheers guys. One thing I find about most teachers and teachings, who have a certain flexibility, is how these teachings are communicated.
I fear that most teachers mistake their ‘new age/buddnist/mystical bubble, as being bigger and more effective than it really is .
This is not a criticism. It’s just I know many folk who are soooo close to waking up but are not fortunate enough to have a more robust and out of the box catalyst for awakening to the reality of what is and often get tripped up by the well meaning but flawed unicorns in space’ approach to enlightenment.
Of course, I know that I don’t know and ‘reality’ is nothing to worry about or something that simply needs a ‘broader technique’?! 😊
Why, despite my realisation that ‘I am not’ do I still feel a leaning towards communicating (to those who see the flaws in our current linguistic limitations?)
    Great talk either way. XX

As someone who listens to adyashanti videos very frequently, I actually LOVE the clarity with which Loch speaks. I feel like he explains it better than Adyashanti.

I love that he brought up the topic of non-abiding /abiding because Adyashanti often speaks as if awakening is an achievement in time.
