And if he has a wreck one of them has to deal with it. Just like if he has gotten in a wreck going to work, to the shop, get medical supplies and so on. It doesn’t change anything for the cop, he is paid either way. Also there are less people on the road now, so it’s even safer to ride a bike.

that one from Scream if you need it, i think they need to include Mental wellbeing in acceptable reasons for going out, Cabin fever is a powerful thing and its coming up 12 months of lock down restrictions with easing and strengthening of them in the UK and for those that live on their own, sit in your own home for long enough with nothing to do your mind starts playing tricks on you and for some it can result in suicidal thoughts or even actions and in my opinion if getting out of the house for an hour or two to help clear your head helps prevent that without the need for you too call like Samaritans (which in my opinion if there's other options that help you then do them first to allow that service to prioritise those that need it) then you should be allowed to do that. but if its a pleasure jaunt just get out the house enjoy the weather and drive or ride for the sake of that then nah that one doesnae fly past me in my opinion, you can enjoy the weather on your daily exercise.

Scan ahead as far as possible and look all the way through turns. Anticipate cars changing lanes, people being idiots at roundabouts, dogs running out from nowhere, people turning left and not seeing you. If you are on trails near people - slow the fuck down. Wear all your gear, and use the brakes, throttle, and steering to get yourself out of danger. Look where you want to go - not at the danger. If you can't avoid a crash, stay on the brakes as long as possible to scrub off as much speed as you can. Never lay down a bike because once you do, you lose all braking and steering. Better to crash into something and get thrown than to lay down and slide off a cliff or under a truck.

Scan ahead as far as possible and look all the way through turns. Anticipate cars changing lanes, people being idiots at roundabouts, dogs running out from nowhere, people turning left and not seeing you. If you are on trails near people - slow the fuck down. Wear all your gear, and use the brakes, throttle, and steering to get yourself out of danger. Look where you want to go - not at the danger. If you can't avoid a crash, stay on the brakes as long as possible to scrub off as much speed as you can. Never lay down a bike because once you do, you lose all braking and steering. Better to crash into something and get thrown than to lay down and slide off a cliff or under a truck.
