The one with the nasi lemak is called "Indian/Japananese anchovies", dried & hard as compared to the normal anchovies.

Japanese use bonito fish flakes to garnish their food.. the Malay do the same thing with ikan billis.. for good nasi lemak.. go to Wan Jo in Kampong Baru..
