- This is usually one of the slowest times during the year for Destiny. I wanted to check in on my friends to see how they were doing. But mainly their vaults. Because I did a vault cleaning video with every single person in this video and just wanted to see if I left any sort of impression on them.

C'mon nomad when it comes to my vault my reaction to 400 space taken is always "OH HOLY COW HOW DIDN'T I NOTICE THAT I NEED TO CLEEEEEAAAAANN SHEESH" I get rather uncomfortable with that high of a stock pile in fact I have a tenancy of over scrapping/cleaning in fact I'ma go do that here soon I think
Wouldn't it be a grand idea if (hear me out on this idea)....
...The Collection Tab allowed you to save a particular roll to pull out at your discretion.
Ex: I have a Trust Handcannon in my Vault I will NEVER delete. If I could save that particular roll to the gun's slot in the Collection Tab and pull it back out at any point for some glimmer and shards, I'd be fine getting rid of my Trust cause I could always pull it back up.

Yeah cuz they farm that shit and then deleting it later feels so waste so either just use those in some missions but you end up not having space to get mission rewards, XD

I’m so thankful for Datto literally proving that people that demanded vault space will still have the same problem with hoarding no matter the cap. Because it’s not the vault space issue, it’s a self discipline or personal thought process problem
But Bungie is actively promoting FOMO,
so can understand their decision making
To be fair, they add more and more new guns, if they don't add more space that means you can't have all the guns
To be fair, I'm waiting on certain things to be introduced before I can justify cleaning out certain groups of weapons in my vault. There's still no craftable (or even farmable) Legendary Void GL, so I have to hold on to the fistful of Deafening Whispers I have clogging up space. Warmind Cells have been put on the table as getting rebalanced in a future season, so I can't get rid of any Ikelos or 7Seraph weapons until we have craftable sources for Cells. Certain weapons, like the BXR, have very good rolls that are no longer accessible, so I have to keep those. There's a lot of examples of niche stuff that just has no accessible replacement yet, so you have to keep a bunch of rolls in case Bungie makes one worthless. Datto's logic of "Well they'll give us access to it if it's important" is valid, but when Bungie is willing to TAKE AWAY rollable perks from weapons that ARE out, that makes it a lot harder to get rid of a weapon.
Then you throw in seasonal stuff, which can only be rolled once a year, and that automatically is gonna clog up a dozen or more slots on its own.
It's not strictly a self-control issue. It's also a trust issue with Bungie not making shit accessible.

The currency cap like Sneak said is one of the biggest Destiny problems. Most caps need doubling at least.
Was a great argument that we are limited on creating two weapons at a time for the crafting materials.
