Santvani Bhajan ras जी ,दोनो फ़िल्टर कन्डेन्सर को लिकीज के लिये अच्छी तरह चैक करे, .33 MFD और 5 MFD और ब्रिज रेक्टिफ़ायर डायोड की भी लिकीज चैक करे और मैग्नेटिक क्वायल ओपन लूज कनेक्शन ! 8050,8550,ट्रान्जिस्टर को भी चैक करे ! मोस्फ़ेट ट्रान्जिसटर और ब्रिज रेक्टिफ़ायर डायोड पर हीटसिन्क पेस्ट अच्छी तरह से लगाकर दोनो को खूब अच्छी तरह से हीटसिन्क पर टाईट करके कसे !

Bijendra mishra thanks for replying! Kaunsa capacitor sir 0.27uf, 4uf, 2uf yeh teen capacitor hai. Aur sir Maine h15r1203 igbt ko 15n120antd se replace Kiya tha Kya es ki vajah se bhi igbt short hue hogi.

सर मेरा बजाज का इन्डकशन है. उसका आजीबीटी 25N120 खराब हो जाता है. जादासे जादा 8 से 10 दिन चलता है. मैने उसके बाद तीनो बडेवाले फिलटर कँप्यसीटर भी चेज किये फिर भी IGBT ऊड जाता है. क्या प्रोबलम हो सकती है? क्या रेक्टीफायर चार टांगोवाला विक होगा या मायक्रोकट्रोल IC मे प्रोबलम होगा या हिट सेन्सर खराब होगा? प्लीज आपकी राय बताईये!

Coil shasta hoga par kaam chhodke jana thoda moshkil hai. Juni coil me to surf 1 ya 2 turns hi groove me se nikal gaye to kya hum use sahi jagah pe firse daal sakte nahi? 27 turns ki coil me apne haath se 1 ya 2 turns thik karenge to E0 ki error nikal jani chajiye. Aur Yeh coil me koi great baat nahi hai aur short circuit bhi nahi hota aur jaise transformer ki primary tedhi- medhi wind karenge to bhi woh sahi kaam karega. Aap agar Bambai me ho to woh coil ko chalu karne ki koshish karna chahta hun. Mera mob no. 9757190174 hai.
