I’m a pool service pro and watched this video as a quick refresher. It’s spot on, thank you!
Glad to hear it, partner! Really appreciate the feedback from a pro.
What size hole is that? If I need to drill one for a new sensor
Howdy, partner! I don't recall exactly. If you have the sensor just drill a hole a tiny bit larger than the probe that you need to insert. If i had to guess I would say about 5/8".
What size drill bit did you need for the sensor?
Howdy, partner! I don’t recall off hand and can’t check without removing the sensor. Just make sure the one you use is slightly larger than the sensor piece, but smaller than the rubber o-ring and you should be good. Let us know how it goes!
Preciso trocar o sensor de leitura do sal seria o mesmo procedimento?
Howdy partner! If your salt sensor is bad then it is probably related to a faulty salt cell generator. Hope I understood your question.
Thanks so much!!!
You're welcome, partner! You can too!
Seriously appreciate the video. My installers didn't install my temperature sensor and I had no idea where and how to place this. Any idea what size drill bit what best make the hole?
You're welcome, partner! I would guess just to drill a hole slightly bigger than the probe. You need to make sure that the rubber o-ring will seat well and create a good seal. Also, be sure to release water pressure before drilling. Let us know how it goes!
Instal instructions say 3/8ths drill bit.
or 10mm
Thank you
