Lingering Will coming back to fight Terranort, followed up by Sora using the light of the past to fight the demon tide , makes this whole thing one of the best moments in the series
So thus, WE have lent Sora our strength. Again, I like to imagine that every KHUX player gave their strength for the final attack, and not just because it would make me feel a thousand times betrer about having missed the chance to try and appear ingame.
What makes that scene soar is the fact that the Top 500 players in Union x had the pleasure to get their names in the game at this scene. So it's a jaw dropping moment for those 500.
I'm going to be honest when I saw this scene, my mind went completely blank. Eventually the only thing I could think was that I have no idea how this is happening, but this is amazing. King of Light, you explanation makes sense.
Seeing a ton of real people come to help, not just nameless NPCs, was just amazing. A beautiful moment, and pretty much the greatest moment in the series of you ask me. Hell, I'd rate it as one of the best single experiences I've had when playing a game.

As soon as Ephemer appeared and I saw the Keyblades of the Mysterious Legion, I remembered that I was a part of that legion, and my involvement, no matter how small it was, helped me in the future, just like it did in every major part that I took. My time in the union cross wasn't wasted, and that made me feel things, like even though I'm not going to be here forever, what I left behind will help those to follow.

That was unbelievable. Nomura is such a genius for going all the way to creating mobile game just to add the users into the game. I felt like I had the power of the whole KH community in my hands for those few moments, it was unreal!
Man I barley touched Union X but god that was cool. The keybladers of the past helping out and even showing every ones names. Just truly made it feel like the Kingdom Hearts fan base was truly connected.

This was one of the most special moments in the series. For all the bullshit it puts us through it's these moments that make me forever love this game. Sora always reminded me I wasn't alone even when I was at my lowest moments. It was so beautiful to help him for a change.
My theory In final world i think that star spirit Sora speaks to was Ava the missing foreteller at the end meet up. Also Ava really liked Chirithy and that might explain why Chirithy was in the final world. Also the person she could be waiting for could be Ephemer, the grey hair kid she bonded with in X and the one who let Sora use the keyblades against the heartless tornado.
During the credits when the Wayfinder Trio go back to the Land of the Departure, we see Chirithy pop up and Ven welcomes it with open arms, meaning that the one we met in the Final World was his Chirithy.
i literately just played through this whole section just now and i was legit screaming of hype from all of it. from the lingering will to the entire section with union x, i was freaking crying. so glorious!!!!!!!!
I know I kinda dropped KHUX prior to KH3, and thus missed the event, but is it bad that I believe that pretty much EVERY player lent Sora their strength in the final attack of Union X? Like, even those who haven't done the event to appear as a name ingame?

Still it seems to me that this scene seems to bring into play everyone who has played the game and supported Sora throughout his journey. It is almost as if when you are playing even if your name is not in there you are offering Sora your strength in order to help him win. Not only is he receiving help from the connections made in this universe, but the players and the fans themselves are lending him their power.

I feel like this fight was like the roxas fight in kh2 and shoulda been playable. Guess if they do a final mix and change it like they did the roxas fight
Yes most of the characters (including your own) die during the Keyblade War, Ephemer,Skuld and the rest probably died a lot later after the events of the war or earlier if Union X shows what happened to them
I honestly wasn't a huge fan of Kingdom Hearts 3, but this scene was fucking epic! The music was amazing, and the idea of Unchained X players literally being the ones to help Sora was genius! Had goosebumps during this whole section.
Wave of Darkness 1&2 are such under appreciated soundtracks for a boss fight. It’s a bop and it gets me so hyped and motivated to kick some @$$. 4:53 this part in particular was really well timed

9:27-9:28 - Its both funny and also sad that one of the Flying Soldier Heartless was trying to flee from the Heartless tornado only to be sucked in with the other Heartless and enemies (Nobodies, Unversed)
So looking back from here. The dandelions are inside the data daybreak town. However we were told that some of the characters from union cross left the data world to come into the real world then time travel into the future. Ephemer had to have stayed behind with the dandelions, for this moment to have happened.
I finished the game last night and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't moved by the events that transpired here because I was. It definitely caught me off guard for sure.
When the contest was running, I thought the names would be put on blades in the Keyblade Graveyard, like battlefield memorials or something. But this.... this was absolutely glorious. I still tear up. And I didn't even win the contest.
What I love about this scene is how it shows the fundamental difference between Xehanort and Sora. Xehanort forcibly controls the Keyblades of the Graveyard by catching them in a powerful Aero spell, treating them as nothing more than a tornado of sharp objects he can use to shred his enemy. His power comes from his ability to bend others to his will. Sora, meanwhile, has the same Keyblades willingly accept him as their temporary wielder, and they spring to life to fight alongside him. His power comes from his ability to form bonds with others.
Was it ever explained what the Demon Tide IS? I can buy a bunch of Shadows deciding to band together and rush the heroes all at once like the Demon Tower does, but the Demon Tide feels like something else entirely, especially when it went berserk and sucked in all the other Heartless just to make itself gargantuan like that. Actually it reminds me an awful lot of the Machine Core boss from Nier Automata, and that boss was only a thing because the machines went mad at the time. Reckon this is similar in concept?
I never played the Union Cross app but it was incredible to see people who did played it be part of KH3. Now I kinda wish I did play Union Cross. Still incredible either way!
The Lingering Will remains a badass. Also five bucks says that the Starlight Keyblade Sora is riding is the same one you’re given after the boss fight.
