hi syd! as a biggest studio ghibli fan, i don’t know if you build something from studio ghibli yet but i would love to see you build each room is different ghibli movie. like, ponyo’s house, totoro’s bathroom, kiki’s delivery service’s bakery kitchen, howl’s moving castle’s bedroom, etc. that would be so lovely ❤️❤️❤️
I would love to see you build a kingdom where every tiny home is inspired by a different planet! The castle would be Sun themed and all the village homes would be themed after different planets!
I love that you based this build on the Madonna… My family used to stay there overnight every time we traveled to Southern California. And we did that a lot because we went to Disneyland twice a year. I know what it looked like back in the 70s and I’m sure it’s even more fabulous now! ❤
I haven’t stayed in any of the rooms but I’ve been to the restaurant and it is iconic! Definitely someplace to visit. And a random factoid: many people think that the hotel is named after or somehow related to the singer, Madonna. It’s actually named after the last name of the founder and owner, Mr. Alex Madonna!
A great east coast alternative like the Madonna hotel is the Roxbury Experience located in the Catskills NY. If you look up the name and location it should come up. The website is black, green, & orange. They have themed cottages, motel rooms, and hotel rooms all based off of fairy tails, pop culture, TV shows, movies, history, and more!
Syd Mac's videos are like warm sunshine and being wrapped in a blanket while munching on strawberries. Her voice is so comforting and doesn't hurt me at all (auditory sensitivity) and the way she edits really helps me focus and not get distracted every 15 seconds. I love this channel!
SYD OMG!!! the way i gasped when you mentioned you were basing the build off the Madonna Inn 😭😭 I live a couple hours away and have stayed there! it’s a pink paradise and yes it’s just as magical as it seems. there’s a pool, a pink tennis court, a ballroom, and a restaurant with amazing cakes 😍 i stayed in the Carin room aka the one at the very top of the tower! it’s 100% pink and the walls are glitter and it was heaven on earth!!! you absolutely killed it with the exterior it looks spot on! ahh my heart ♥️♥️
i found your content a week ago. i have not stopped binging every single build video since. you have inspired me to continue dreaming about being an interior designer 😂❤
Omg!!! What!!! The madonna inn is super close to where I live, I see it every time I drive anywhere north from where I live on the central coast. It’s so iconic and beautiful and I’m ecstatic to see a Sims build inspired by it❤❤❤❤
Also, it is even more glamorous in person, pictures dont do it justice. Especially the dining area/restaurant. The whole place is a magical cottagecore fairytale
I’m so ridiculously impressed that you managed to squeeze this massive of a build into one vid! I can’t even imagine how long this must’ve taken to build! You are seriously way too underrated for how much time, and how much crazy detail to put into your builds! I really hope you hit 1 mil this year, because I really don’t get how you haven’t yet! Just know that everything you put into your videos doesn’t go unnoticed. The editing quality, the camera quality, your lighting, everything is so good! You’re seriously one of the best simmers out there, and just know that we all love and appreciate you SO much! ❤
This is such a fun build! Love that you used the Madonna Inn for inspiration. The golf room was my favorite, the debug grass pieces were such a good idea!
I love the Madonna Inn! I never actually got to stay there, but me and my family always stopped by on the way to Southern California just to hang out in the lobby lol. It definitely is as luxurious as it appears online, or at least the lobby and gift shop is.
I’ve been here many times throughout my life. I only actually stayed in a room when I was a baby but I’ve eaten at the restaurant and gone to the gift shop many times. It’s a nice place, it feels haunted in my opinion. It’s a weird building and feels old but it’s still super nice.
So excited to see the Madonna Inn! I went as a kid and it felt as magical as it looks. There was a seven foot tub in the room we stayed in and a great big river rock fireplace that felt luxurious from a ten year old’s perspective. I think it’s worth a visit! ♥️
There is literally nothing you can't do! Absolutely phenomenal build as always!! I get blown away every single time I watch your videos, and I look forward to them each week!! Thank you for working so hard, we all appreciate you!
I drive by it every day and it is pretty glorious. They also have large grounds next to it where they hold all types of events. And if you ever go you have to have the pink champagne cake.
I would love to see you trying my building challenge : create ”the basic house” from all the countries of the world and decorate it using their traditions + a local hobby ! For more representation in the sims 4
I always love it when you build something inspired by real life. Especially if it's from different countries/cultures or really unique style like this one. It's been so long since you've build something inspired randomly by google maps street view. And yet here we are with this banger "irl build". Thx for all the amazing content Syd.(please someone needs to send you on a trip to this hotel now and you can revive your vlog channel). This truly is a sims build in real life. Crazy how all the pictures on the website really scream Sims to me
I don't even like insects and I totally agree! And there's even a few bug-related things (like the bees and the beetle box, spider webs, the butterfly lights from Kids Room Stuff, etc.) that I think Syd could TOTALLY crush this, even if it's a little random lol (not that random is bad)
I went to the Madonna inn during a road trip with my parents and they had dolls on swings in the dining area and I was so absolutely in love!!!! They were my inspiration to put fairy’s in swings hanging in my childhood room!! ❤❤❤
i'm SPECHLESS girlllll i watch a lot of sims videos and you are definitly the most creative and talented builder for sure!! the idea was great but the execution was DIVINE omg just WOW
I wonder if Every Room (or Tiny House or Trailer or Floor or whatever you'd want to build) is a Different Dessert might be fun for you to try? It could kinda be like your Every Room is a Different Fruit video where you just take inspiration from the food. I think it would be really cool to see the difference between your take on, for example, a cake pop room/house/whatever and a tiramisu one or a halo-halo room/house/whatever and a churro one, etc. Just an idea (not that you need help coming up with them, your ideas are always AMAZING)!
The Sims 4 but every room is a different mini room (so you can either select a room size using a random generator so it can be big or small) or just keep it 5x5 or 6x6 so it's considered mini. Plus you have randomly generate a colour palette for each room, and you have to have a special room (indoor pool, greenhouse, gym etc... 1. You can do this as a apartment challenge were apartment building is a different colour palette and each has its respect special room. 2. Or as a mall build were you have different mini stores as different colour palettes and a random store generater (food, groceries, clothes etc.... LOVE YOUR videos your always sooooo creative I've been watching for a while and I've seen your growth and you made me want to play the Sims ❤keep doing what your doing love from🇯🇲
this build is gorgeous but all of your builds are! 💛 would love to see you do a take on a sims 4 escape room situation-i think it could be fun for both building and maybe even gameplay haha
Madonna inn is so much fun! My family lives down the street and it’s so fun to visit! Also love the builds you’re my go to before bed TH-camr your voice is so soothing and nice ❤❤❤
What a fun build idea, the exterior turned out so beautiful. 💛 I really like all the rooms and the out-there style they have, definetly very unique. I think I like the Cpatain's room the most. I love a nautical theme. ⚓
I love your builds. When you’re building the shell it doesn’t seem promising but when you add more and landscaping it looks so good. You are such a good builder.
Can I just say, that I was reeeeeally happy about the new video from Syd?! I am sick at the moment and in a very bad mood, but your videos always cheer me up!!!😭❤️
Would LOVE to see each room/tiny home be a different movie. Spin a wheel to decide! I’m thinking Jurassic Park, Grease, High School Musical, Mr. Deeds, Finding Nemo, Little House on the Prairie… the options are endless!!
Hi Syd!! I absolutely love your cas challenge videos and recently ive started binge watching my little pony. I would love to see your take on the mane six as sims characters!!
I was wondering, when high school years came out did you ever make a high school? Because I think that would be really cool if you made a high school. It would be so so good. Especially if you went made it really aesthetic. Oh and a rec center! You should totally make a rec center. Like maybe one with a roller rink and a bowling alley and arcade.
Hi Syd! I would LOVE to see "each room is a different princess from barbie in the 12 dancing princessess"!!! (: For example making rooms based on their flowers, personalities and colour scheme!! ♡
This place is so beautiful in person! And very over the top but beautiful nonetheless. Loved the garden room and the dining area with all the pink dishware!
this is an insane build and what’s even crazier is i catch myself saying that for EVERY video!!! love your builds syd! i think a good video would be looking up some shells by random in the galley would be cool!
I live 30 minutes north of SLO and have been the the Madonna Inn many times. It has a restaurant, cafe, and gift shop, plus multiple banquet rooms. They aren't just known for their themed rooms, but their cakes as well. The pink champagne cake is the most famous, but I love the black forest cake.
I love the Madonna Inn- my family gets the cakes from their bakery every year. The men’s restroom downstairs is a waterfall!! Always have to sneak in there and take a look whenever I go. Plus they have really good wine 😁
That was interesting! I think that I'd have a headache with all the red, but the floral room did something to me, maybe because it was a little cottage-y? I don't know. The Captain's room was my second best! Well done!
i feel like a terrible person. because I never watch your long form content even tho I think your my favorite sims creator. Keep it up Syd, you remind me most of what I would be if I could make sims videos and not work three jobs!! Your style is incredible
I only have time to watch these videos right before bed and I end up falling asleep to them. I then have to rewatch the same video 5+ times 😂. Happy to help the algorithm
Never been here, but there's a similar place called Adventure Suites in North Conway NH that I've been to. I think they've changed the rooms bc its been awhile & they do redecorate them now and then, but it was pretty damn fun.
Omg this turned out so well! It’s so cuuute I love it. I didn’t even know Madonna had a inn! But it really reminds me of Trixie Motel, it’s a motel and the rooms have a special theme like Madonna’s! You should build that next!
I have a 12'x12' rug in my carpeted bedroom to sort of visually separate my bed area from everything else. Apparently it's a feng shui thing, and it actually makes the space feel cozy and less wide open in the middle of a very long room. So you can definitely put a rug over carpet!
My cousin, our kids and I went on a road trip down the PCH (Pacific Coast Highway), from San Fran to San Diego. We stayed at the Madonna Inn and it was amazing. The pool area itself made you feel like you were in another world, it was so fun and I highly recommend anyone to stay there at least once! I do have to admit that there was an eerie feel to it, most likely due to the fact that things were dated, yet still cleanly and maintained well. The kids room had a bit of an antique creepy vibe. Most lighting was more mood lighting, used lamps more than a ceiling light. Our bathroom had a bidet, score! The dining area was massive, beautiful and had an old timey 1930s-40s feel. I felt like I was transported to one of my grandmas old films that she used to watch. I believe the gift shop was above the dining area. That bridge area was just for show, the parking is in the back, on a hill in front of the rooms. All in all, you did a beautiful job as always and I had a lot of fun watching this build. You were able to recreate the shell so beautifully, it makes me think of my trip with my cousin and how we had a wonderful time! Thanks Syd!
The Madonna inn is so beautiful my friends and I took a roadtrip up the coast and stayed there for a few nights
omg fun!! 🩷 Im so jealous!
omg what room did you have! what did it look like?
Which room did you choose?
My home town ❤❤❤
We neeeeed to know what the theme of your room was!
hi syd! as a biggest studio ghibli fan, i don’t know if you build something from studio ghibli yet but i would love to see you build each room is different ghibli movie. like, ponyo’s house, totoro’s bathroom, kiki’s delivery service’s bakery kitchen, howl’s moving castle’s bedroom, etc. that would be so lovely ❤️❤️❤️
i’d love this too!!! 💘💘
OMG best ideaaa
YES YES YES!
Kiki's Delivery Service!
Love that idea, it would look so cool! :)
I would love to see you build a kingdom where every tiny home is inspired by a different planet! The castle would be Sun themed and all the village homes would be themed after different planets!
Ooh I love this idea!
That is such a fun idea! 😄
With the "For rent" pack you can make the hotel partly functional if you make all the rooms different spaces to rent
I love that you based this build on the Madonna… My family used to stay there overnight every time we traveled to Southern California. And we did that a lot because we went to Disneyland twice a year. I know what it looked like back in the 70s and I’m sure it’s even more fabulous now! ❤
the for rent hot tub plus Riviera waterfalls is EVERYTHING
SYD!! I think after the reality house you should do a bloomcrest type series again!
I would love to do another build series👀
I haven’t stayed in any of the rooms but I’ve been to the restaurant and it is iconic! Definitely someplace to visit. @@finchfullhey, did you end up checking it out?

Happy belated birthday ❤🎉

Incredible build! Whole time I was trying to figure out what the tea was with the Landgraabs and Hector 😂😂
The nautical room is my favourite! Your builds are always insane! I love them!
2:53 omg you are the roofing queen😍
I’d love to see you do every room is a different liminal space or like creepy dark playgrounds! you are so talented
I love your build so much. You're literally my comfort creator
this build is gorgeous but all of your builds are! 💛 would love to see you do a take on a sims 4 escape room situation-i think it could be fun for both building and maybe even gameplay haha
I was not expecting to like the golf or "lux" cavemen ones so much! They might just be my two favorites!
Madonna inn is so much fun! My family lives down the street and it’s so fun to visit! Also love the builds you’re my go to before bed TH-camr your voice is so soothing and nice ❤❤❤
I love the Madonna Inn!! My sister and her girlfriend live up in SLO and they just recently went for their anniversary! Stayed in a cave room!

The way i immediently ran to click on your vid when i noticed your post!!
Every room is an emotion from inside out and the living room is the big control desk they use!!!!
omggg one of my fave youtubers doing a hotel from where i grew up. SLO county is so beautiful. i miss it so much.

I can't watch another sims player but you! you are sooo talented I love your videos
Obsessed with this shell (and the decor of course) can’t wait for the gallery upload!!
This build is so mammoth and huge and amazing! I absolutely love this. I would totally let my Sims stay at this hotel.
the exterior was bomb!! my fave was the golf room, because I liked all the green debug stuff :D
I absolutely love how talented and creative you are! You have inspired me to start building 💜 I LOVE YOUR CONTENT 🥰
I love the Madonna Inn- my family gets the cakes from their bakery every year. The men’s restroom downstairs is a waterfall!! Always have to sneak in there and take a look whenever I go. Plus they have really good wine 😁
Can’t get over your creativity. You are truly an inspiration and radiate so much happy energy! 🌞🤍✨
I sweaaar all your builds turn out amazing but that golf room was super impressive with that fake golf course, like that's so creative!!
You must be working so hard making these amazing builds so frequently. Always blown away by them!
There is a sugar and spice room?!?! IT'S SO COOL!!!!
I usually let the sims videos playing in the background while I do things, but syd videos deserve my full attention

Never been here, but there's a similar place called Adventure Suites in North Conway NH that I've been to. I think they've changed the rooms bc its been awhile & they do redecorate them now and then, but it was pretty damn fun.
Its been taking me 2 months to build half of a mediacore hotel in the sims 4 and she builds a fricking beautiful hotel in like 2 days😩
Omg this turned out so well! It’s so cuuute I love it. I didn’t even know Madonna had a inn! But it really reminds me of Trixie Motel, it’s a motel and the rooms have a special theme like Madonna’s! You should build that next!
Honestly never disappoint 😍
I have a 12'x12' rug in my carpeted bedroom to sort of visually separate my bed area from everything else. Apparently it's a feng shui thing, and it actually makes the space feel cozy and less wide open in the middle of a very long room. So you can definitely put a rug over carpet!
Syd you’ve outdone yourself with this one!
You could recreate the houses from modern family or even just your favourite one. I think you would put a fun switch to every family member :))
love the madonna inn! it’s in my college town!
Your build is so amazing! Thank you very much for this really love all your builds 😍🫶
Thanks Syd!
I’m so in love with your builds!!!
Sydney girl, your mind is golden! The caveman room.. literally gorgeous🤩😍
hey syd! the new inside out movie just dropped so "every room/tiny home is a dofferent inside out emotion" would be adorable 🥹
This is amazing Syd! Your creativity knows no bounds!! 🥰
