    Thank you, i always wondered, how to best defend (how to lift tactically) in Doubles.
    I thought, making it flatter is the way to go from a defending position to an attacking, which should be the goal in defending.
    But that is definitely not the best idea, when the opponent can easily play it in balance.
    So lifting high, waiting patiently for the counter opportunity, is the way to go 💪

    The production value is off the charts and higher than any of the lifts shown here! Great work you two! I have been advocating for tactics videos and you two delivered! The flat lifts are definitely the most popular especially off a serve. In doubles, it's a great tool to catch the rear player off guard or get them out of position. The risk is high if not executed properly or if the racket is not back to ready position for the smash/drive block.

    What are fast and slow shuttles? New and old? What shuttles you practice with and how do you manage them? Are Yonex AS30 a fast or slow shuttle?

    • @BadmintonInsight
      @BadmintonInsight  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Shuttles usually come in different speeds. The speed is also impacted by things like the heat of the hall and even how they are stored. AS30's come in different speeds, some are fast and some are slow!
