Still only a 48.5 watt hour battery... I dont get these guys. Why would they not put a bigger battery in it? I think we're all ready to move past 60-90 minute gameplay times.
The smaller screen and battery are the two things that make this device feel a little behind other handhelds coming out. See how it works out in the real world but yea I think alot of people want slightly bigger 8” screens like we are seeing and battery life thats more 2 hours and up.
@@GameTechPlanetcould also be to save on costs, ZOTAC is generally a budget oriented company, the majority of the money went to the OLED panel to be unique and cheap I could be completely wrong tho
That small screen, small battery, those big bezels?!! They might as well not release this new one and push the old version then. No noticeable change! Nah
Wait a minute. The Zotac zone actually released? Saw some previews videos of this a few months ago.But then silence. No big discussion or mention of this device by active users. Was the sales that bad that it wasnt even noticeable?Worse than MSI Claw?
My only issue with the Zotac Zone is the bezels, which I can ignore, and the battery size. I don’t need an 8in display but I’d like a similarly sized device with smaller bezels. Never had an issue with 7in screens and I don’t know why they’re considered small even owning a legion go
@ ally x is an awesome handheld. Love mine. And soon we will have an official steamos version we can load on if we want. The only real upgrade for you will probably be a Z2 extreme device in 2025 or the AI 300 series. But the z1 extreme is still great.

@@GameTechPlaneti personally dont need a bigger screen, but definetly a 80wh battery!

This is the one thing killing it for me. After getting the Ally X and having less battery anxiety, it's hard to go back.
Space, heat and cost. This is why they are focussed on more efficient chipsets
The 1st one came out already? I haven’t seen in the us retailers like that
I am curious to know about performance difference between HX 370 and Z2 Extreme. Can anyone tell me point by point difference
Everything i hear is theyre essentially the same thing but quick google search would clear it up
Acer saw that and i was like” let me do a better mistake
😂😂
I’m definitely getting it if it’s not too expensive
1100$ min
Etsy looking pretty good right now
So many handhelds!! Gets me excited! Bigger battery is def important though.
i guess... but really stop and think for minute did gba or gameboy sp, nintendo ds, psp had a bigger battery?!

yeah that bezel seriously really bad they could have stretch it to 8 inch keep the bezel small

they can stretch it to 8 inch keep the bezel small i reach out to them but also keeping the handheld at it normal size
How does this compared to legion go performance wise
It’s about 10-20% better thanks to the 890m over the 780m
didn’t the zone just come out?
@@peaceandthepanic Aug 2024. Didnt do well. Was to late to market with older hardware
@ jeez man. these tjings are coming out too fast lol. i just got the ally x

I think it JUST came to the states, can only get it at Microcenter.
The bezel way too thick & big zotact get your stuff togather! 🤝🏽
wtf a 2!!? The first one came out? When and here? Lmao
Zotac releasing the Zone December 5th only to announce a new version the next month. Way to screw your early adopters Zotac.
small battery and thick bezel, definitely not a 2025 product.
Cant with the battery.
Doa again
meh... pass
The clunkiness of Windows and short battery life are why my Rog Ally never got any use. Switch for on the go is all i need
it just came out give it a few more updates remember it took rog at least 1 or more years to fixed there issues!
